Love! We ordered these ornaments for us and our parents for Christmas. We absolutely love them!!! The picture looks awesome! I hope this product is still available in a few years when we have our second child so I can order these again. I love that we were able to preview the ornament before ordering so we knew exactly what it would look like.

 Perfect gift for others and for yourself By Shopper (Washington, MO) - January 1, 2022 I love the look, feel and quality of these ceramic ornaments. I have made many of them throughout the years at Personalization Mall. I ordered two of this particular ornament of my new granddaughter, one for me and one for my daughter. The one I gave my daughter was perfect. The one I kept for myself was a little dark in color and wasn’t cut quite right. I can see the line on the ornament where it should have been cut. For that reason, I only gave it four stars.

Two sided glossy photo ornament The font is blurry. Never seen that before on any of the ornaments I’ve ordered. Since you can still read it, I love it! & I’ll always order from PM!

On the wood the colors became a little muted so likely should have ordered the ceramic and they'd have been brighter, but the weight of the ceramic was a concern. Perhaps painting the wood circles with white flat prior to printing would be helpful.

Design is Great The print on the wood was a lot lighter than I expected (as it's wood versus a glossy ornament) but it still looked nice. The design is great and would still recommend and purchase in the future.

Ornament gift I have purchased ornaments for myself and many for gifts from you the last four years and have been very very pleased with them. This year I'm not 100% happy with them. They are not crisp and clear like they have been in the past. I will probably try again and hope they turn out better.

Awesome, except... I have ordered these ornaments every year for the past 6 years. My tree is covered with them, and they are my favourite thing about my Christmas tree. The ornament itself, and the pictures have always turned out very well for me. In previous years it had a nice ribbon with a bow on it to hang from your tree. This year I got a cheap piece of ribbon in a bag that made a floppy looking bow. I was really disappointed they couldnt keep it the same

Photo ornaments I love the photo ornaments I order every year for my family and special friends. They make nice personal gifts and everyone loves them The one thing I wish we could do with the photos is to be able to change the size of the photo to fit the ornament. So many photos I want to use are too large to fit the ornament and the drill hole ends up in the middle of the head. If we could zoom out and make photo smaller it would work better. Thanks for a superior product which I enjoy giving as gifts.

Babys first Christmas This is beautifully done. However, I felt that the printing was a little light. Therefore it was hard to read.

2-sided ornament This ornament is very well made. I love the fact that the site lets you see how your item looks before you place the order. The thing I wish had been different is one of the colors of print. One was a lime green and I thought it was a little harder to read than the others. (Maybe it was just me as that color is not one of my favorites.)Overall, I am very happy with it.

Love This! We wanted something special for our baby's Christmas and this was it! My only complaint is that the "birth stats" writing on the back is somewhat blurry but I would definitely buy this again.

Great for the cost The ornament itself is really good quality - thick, heavy material, doesn't look cheap. However the print on the front is MUCH lighter than pictured. I would have preferred the darker print. The photo I selected for the back turned out very pixel-y. If these are made by hand I think a quality inspector would have noticed. I would have appreciated a call and probably would have selected a different photo. The ornament was somehow lost in the mail and they replaced it immediately with priority shipping, no questions asked, which I appreciated. Overall for the price it's very nice and I'm keeping it but definitely some issues.

Sweet ornament We bought a customized ornament for my child, whose original "first Christmas" ornament broke. This new one came quickly and turned out very nice. I was actually surprised by the quality of the ornament. It is solid and heavier than I expected. I know it will last a long time. Great job!

Overall it's a very cute ornament and I really liked the personalized side with all my baby's birth stats. But the photo side was a little disappointing I used a professionally taken photo that I have previously bought beautiful prints of but it was slightly blurry on the ornament. On the tree it will probably look fine but up close I wasn't that impressed. My mom loved it though said it was one of her fave gifts ever.

Personalized ornament I had bought two personalized ornaments for my sister who has twins. The ornaments came in on time. All the information on it was correct except the photo on it was a little blurry.

Great Quality and Personalization I was extremely happy with the quality of this product. I really appreciated that you could see exactly what you were getting before purchasing. I would have give this 4.5 stars. My only hesitation on giving it 5 stars was that the birth date, which is the first tiny line, is so small it's almost unreadable. Other than that it is a perfect addition to my tree and my step-daughters tree.

Gift for our 1st grandchild By Shopper (Lincoln, NE) - December 16, 2015 I had been looking for a "Baby's 1st Christmas" ornament for quite some time when l received an e-mail from Personalization Mall offering a discount on their ornaments. I was delighted to see there were several options but chose this one because we could include both our grandson's picture and his name, birthdate, etc.
The quality of the ornament is top-notch! The picture is clear and the colors are true to the photo l uploaded. I really like the creative layout of the printed side and the variety of soft colors & fonts used. The ornament comes in a black velvet drawstring bag--very elegant for gift-giving.
The only reason l didn't give it 5 stars is that when he opened the gift, my son made the comment that our grandson's middle name was larger than his first name. Since the middle name is in a bigger font and darker color, it gives the appearance that our grandson's middle name is actually his first. My suggestion would be to use a darker color and larger font for the first name so it stands out more.

Well Done This was well done. I think it was probably the photo that I used (from a cell phone) that effected the picture quality. It is not a crisp as I hoped it would be, but still a wonderful looking ornament.

Great Ornament! This is the perfect ornament to celebrate the birth of our beautiful daughter this year! We will treasure it forever. I ordered four of them - one for us and one each for the grandparents. The only reason I docked a star is because three of the four ornaments have black spots on the picture. It's nothing terrible, but they are noticeable. Regardless, I still love them - and you can't beat the price for a personalized ornament!

I wouldn’t call it a matte finish The printing was fine on the ornament, but the finish was nonexistent on the “matte” version. I still expect some kind of non-shiny finish, but this was just the chalky ornament. It made what was otherwise a decent ornament feel cheap. I bought one in glossy and it was much nicer (mostly just because it had a finish.)

Nice but ... Matte finish make it look cheap I like the overall product and larger size, but the matte finish make it look cheap. I was very surprised. Wish I had a do over and could have gotten the glossy. That’s the problem with shopping online... you never know what the finished product will look like.

Christmas ornament The reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is the quality is great but the hole for the ribbon went right through baby’s head. So be careful with photo placement!
