 Picture quality lackingBy Shopper  (Alabaster, AL) - December 23, 2017 I was disappointed when I received this ornament because the picture quality on the picture side and on the text side was not very clear. I purchased this same exact ornament for my older daughter back in 2014 and the quality of the picture is so much better.

Okay The ornament is a little fuzzy and the photo is darker than expected. I cannot see her picture that well when its hanging on the tree. Very thick and sturdy material.

the coloring was dull By Shopper (baldwin, NY) - November 30, 2017 very solid, but the over all coloring was dull. it looked bright and vibrant in the computer, but came kinda yellow.

Baby too dark The photo of my granddaughter on the ornament is quite a bit darker than the previewed photo. It is not very attractive. It would be a beautiful ornament if her face wasn't so dark.

Issue with the text By Shopper (Westmont, IL) - December 22, 2016 The colors as well as the text were not as clear as they appear online. It is very difficult to read in person. I have ordered items in the past and have never had this issue. It will make me think twice before ordering certain items in the future.

Blurry Print By Shopper (Lexington, SC) - December 16, 2016 I ordered this ornament for my newborn son. I picked this ornament because the previous Christmas I was gifted the exact ornament for my daughters first Christmas. I loved the look of it and thought it would be cute to have matching ornaments in different colors to represent their first Christmas. Unfortunately when I received my son's ornament it was not of the same quality as the one I received last year. This ornament's print wasn't as vibrant of colors and the font was surprisingly blurry making it difficult to read all of his 'stats'; it's as if the color bled a bit. Quite a disappointment. I gave it 3 stars because last years girl version was perfect, however this year's boy version was a disappointment.

Picture was too blown up I love the front of this but the picture on the back was too blown up. Other than that it was perfect

It's ok. It's ok. The baby's first name is smaller than the middle and last, which I don't like. And the time of birth is bigger than the date, which i would have preferred it the other way around. The picture of baby came out well.

Cute, but images fuzzy By Shopper (Ashburn, VA) - December 30, 2014 This item is really cute but the image and the copy (text) on the back were fuzzy. I know my photo was very high resolution so that shouldn't have been an issue. The copy on the back was also fuzzy and the smaller fonts were very hard to read the information.

Not great The first thing I noticed was the photo color was off. It was very heavy in red tones. The photo I submitted was nothing close to the ornament. Also, the baby's birthdate was very, very small while the length was large. Wish that had been reversed.
It did come in a nice pouch and on time.

foggy By Shopper (Highlands Ranch, CO) - December 22, 2016 Product came quickly but writing and photo are foggy. I expected that the images and writing would be crisp but instead it looks smudged and hard to read. I know it is not a result of my photo choice as the website approved the resolution and their own writing is of the same unfavorable quality. The attached photo is focused, and you can see how blurry the photo looks (ribbon in back proves focus). The pink writing is also hard to see. From a distance the photo looks fine so I am okay with it.

Blurry I ordered this ornament last year for my first daughter and didn't have any problems. This year when I ordered for my second daughter the photo was fuzzy/blurry and discolored and the text on the back was fuzzy as well. The photo I used was a professional photo that was 4 MB so the size wasn't an issue. I contacted customer service and they said that's the best they could do. I am very disappointed in the quality and won't be ordering again.

Cute idea/Bad execution I loved the picture and thought it was a great idea. I got the one sided option. Got the ornament and the birth date information is slightly blurry and the middle name is larger than the first name and because of the color when it's on the tree you can't even read the first name.

Baby Eli The ornament is beautiful.
My displeasure comes from the difficulty in reading the last name, the font is very unclear compared to the first and middle names. There was not option to change the font so you have to go with the default.
I guess I should have looked at the 'preview' a little more closely, my mistake.
I will order from PersonalizationMall.com again.

 Too Difficult To ReadBy Shopper (Fountain Valley, CA) - November 28, 2020 Not completely happy but it will do. The birth info fonts are so small it is very difficult to read... get out the magnifying glass. I don’t know if it would be any better on the larger 3.75” size. Cute idea but too much info is compressed into a small print area... the personalization preview is deceiving. Will order a different style for the next baby.

Poor quality By Shopper (Missoula , MT) - December 6, 2019 I gave them a great picture to use that I have printed myself and I was so excited to receive it and it was so so blurry. Even the writing on the back doesn’t look as crisp as the sample you see online. I wouldn’t recommend unless this was just a fluke but very poor quality and a disappointment because now I probably won’t have an ornament to put on tree this year.
