a beautiful product By Shopper (CERRO GORDO, IL) - August 11, 2019 this item excited me the most , the quality and the clarity of the photo was incredible but the i choose grey and i should of choose red because i could hardly read the white words in the grey marbling which was disappointing otherwise this would of been my favorite item yet.

Not as pictured I ordered this in the grey. It’s a very pale grey and hard to read the writing on the front. I would have gotten it in a different color if I knew that. The picture on the back came out perfectly.

Cute The ornaments were super cute, but I was a little dissapointed that the the picture was blurry and the wording on the back of the ornaments were hardly even legible. Still gave them to my mom and MIL and they loved them anyways.

A little blurry These have a FAST turn-around time, so that's my plus!
But...the photo image, crisp when uploaded, is more than a little blurry on the finished product. And I can barely read the location (City and State) on this ornament, it's so faint. I ordered a couple additional for family. If I had seen how faint the text turns out, I would have gone for a different product. Contrast needs to be adjusted or better yet, text bolded.

Tan color was too light in contrast to the words. By Shopper (Sterling Heights, MI) - December 12, 2016 I would not recommend getting it in the tan color because it is very difficult to read. The words were almost the same color as the background. Otherwise it was a nice ornament.

Color Does Not Match Description I love the ornament, but the color option that I chose was Merlot. Instead it's almost an orange color.

cute but unreadable By Shopper (Spokane, WA) - November 20, 2016 I ordered the tan ornament, and the white font is basically unreadable (the state and HOME is darker text and bold but the rest of the text fades and is too light to see).

State of Love Personalized Ornament Ornament color is pretty, but the wording other than HOME is hard to read. Also, the picture on the website makes it seems as though the ornament is slate when in reality it is porcelain. Not quite what I expected, but pretty just the same.

Love the front, but was disappointed in the back From the pictures, I thought the ornament would be some sort of metal and would be the same color on the back (that is probably a total misunderstanding on my part). However, the ornament is made of a think glass and the back is white. I was hoping for a more rustic feel. I love the design of the front and the personalization came out exactly as I pictured.

Poor Quality By Shopper (Ellerslie, GA) - December 7, 2016 I was very disappointed with this ornament. The colors were changed and the photo was blurred. I have ordered several other ornaments with photos and none have turned out like this one. The preview looked nothing like the final ornament.

The resolution of the photo image file was not the issue here. I don’t believe that this is what the “matte” style should really mean, that should be just the absence of shine. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from them for years, and this is the first time I have not been pleased with a purchase. The writing on this ornament is not very legible, especially the first sentence. The font is too small and the print is too light. This one needs to be redesigned.

Small and blurry The copy on the front is blurry and hard to read. It was a lot smaller than expected and the picture is dark and hard to see. Does not look like the preview photo that I approved.
