Better than expected I ordered this for a remembrance to a recent brother's passing. The size was good for what I needed. I did have to adjust the pic I uploaded because the preview of the ornament showed the ribbon hole in an unfavorable spot on the pic. Thank goodness that this company provides the customer with that opportunity because at the pricing, it would have been an expensive disappointment. the gift packaging for do it yourself was fair. I would not spend that additional three dollars again. The picture itself was true to color and clarity. The best pic I had for this purpose had a little lighting glare on the original pic that I could not edit out before submitting. However, the overall quality was so good, that I did not regret submitting that particular pic. I LOVE THE FINAL PRODUCT!!!

Beautiful Reminder By Shopper (Clinton, IA) - December 20, 2017 I ordered this with our first child's ultrasound picture on it with their due date posted on the other side. Unfortunately when it showed up we had found out that we had lost our little one. I'm happy that we'll always have this ornament as a reminder of our baby that we never got to hold in our arms but will hold in our hearts forever. Absolutely pleased! I was ecstatic when I received this! The two-sided metal ornament is sturdy, just the right size, both sides are crisp and bright, and the image clear. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely look for more metal photo ornaments in the future. The ceramic ones are just as nice, but I don't have to worry nearly as much about their fragility. I love it!

A wonderful remembrance I purchased this ornament -- 3 actually -- as a remembrance of a dear friend. The photo was of her and there of our other friends. I'm going to give it to them on her birthday -- Sept 2. It was a well-done piece and I think they will love the sentiment.
