 What a great ornament!I ordered this ornament after we all happened to pay a visit, and get a photo with, Santa on the 2nd of December. The ornament arrived quickly in the mail, more than enough time for it to be put on the tree and enjoyed by all.
Cropping was a little tricky, but turned out fine in the end - you just need one where all the faces are clustered close together if you want everyone to fit in.
And, after years of broken ornaments from kids, pets, and trees falling over, we're especially pleased that this one being metal seems like it might be more hardy than the porcelain comparisons.

Outstanding ornament This ornament surpassed my expectations - it's shiny and sturdy yet delicate. The lettering is large and readable and overall it a fantastic product that will make a nice holiday surprise. I love the small touches from Personalization Mall - the double bubble wrapping and the protective bag it arrives in. That's one reason I keep coming back!

Love this! Awesome personalized ornament. Really like the metal. Only thing I would change is have a spot to put the year on or a charm that attaches to the ribbon etc.

Thin metal, sharp edges By Shopper (Orland Park, IL) - December 30, 2023 The photo and customization work was very nice. Did not realize this was a metal ornament. My fault for not reading the description carefully. However the metal was thin and the edges are sharp. Edges can be sanded down to remove the sharpness. But I told my son that I will order a porcelain photo ornament to replace this metal one.

Good buy By Shopper (Lakewood, NJ) - December 13, 2021 I used this as a Christmas gift this year to my 11-month old niece.
My only regret is the picture is just a tad too close I (how I cropped it) and I didn’t realize where the ornament holes would be.
Otherwise it’s a very pretty and sturdy piece!

Swirl Ornament The ornament is sturdy with no sharp edges. The name and swirl side is nicely done, but the photo on the other side is tilted a bit. This is why I only gave it 4 stars. It is acceptable, but it would have been nicer if it was straight.

Looks good The picture looked better online then on the product. Overall my mom will love it and that is what matters.

Very good product, just as advertised Remember that the quality of the photograph you provide determines the quality of the image reproduction of the product. But the ornament itself is very strong and sturdy. I only wish that it had come with it's own string for hanging, but you'll need to provide that. No biggie, though.

Perfect for my needs My child is active duty ARMY and I wanted a way to record where christmas was spent through her career, these are absolutely perfect. Will be using them for my son as well. Best part is I do not have to worry about them getting broke during PCSing.

Good Shape for horizontal photos I bought this one because of the shape. I like the end product but I also bought a ceramic one that I preferred to this one. I didn't realize this was resin. However, I've had a tree fall over before and several ornaments broke so that would be one definite advantage of the resin one. Photo quality was very good and it arrived very quickly. Mostly I didn't read close enough to see that some are resin and some are ceramic and I prefer ceramic. But probably would have gotten this regardless because of the shape.

Christmas ornament I only gave it a 4 stars because I like the ornament, but the picture came out a little blurry, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Family ornament I LOVE this ornament! My only complaint is that the photo is a touch fuzzy. But no one will notice when it is hanging on the Christmas tree!

Christmas present for granddaughter I had a picture of my granddaughter's first car--a Mustang-- put on the ornament with her name and year and the car on the back. She is going to love it.

Love the photo ornaments By Shopper (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) - March 16, 2017 These are new in that they aren't round or star shape. It makes it much easier to fit a family photo on them when you have more than three people. The other photo ceramic ornaments are a little thicker and appear more durable than this one. However the quality is good, the ornament is very pretty as a lifetime keepsake! I would order one again!

Love the design There should be a final picture review, red eye was bad on final product but you couldnt see it on the computer when designing.

Great memory keeper! I made an ornament with a 'sisters' picture and gave it to my sisters for Christmas. It's very nice - good size (not too small) and the shape is neat. The photo came out a little fuzzy (on the ornament) which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5.

Christmas Gift I got this for my fiance for Christmas. They cut his head off some, despite my editing, but it still looks really good! You can see how it was supposed to look, but they cut it to like his forehead.

Looks pretty I agree with some of the other reviews, when you first open it up the ornament seems quite fragile and thin. I tried bending it, though, and it seems sturdy enough...especially for something hanging up once a year.
The color, scrollwork and picture came out exactly as expected; my MIL will love this 'add-on' gift!

New pretty for the tree I had a free ornament coupon and chose to order this ornament. This was a great little Christmas treat for the family. The photo turned out great on the metal and the details we put on the back makes it even better. It looks great on our tree. I would recommend this ornament.

 nice but metal edge little sharp Nice I like it, but the metal edge round isn't good it felts little sharp can cause my finger cut little like paper cut. the edge isn't smooth. not good idea unless they do smooth the edge so it wouldn't cut your fingers

VERY light thin metal...would have liked it to be a bit heavier/thicker than it is. Delivery was excellent...came 3 days earlier than had been originally expected

A bit disappointed I love Personalization Mall products and have been buying items for many years now. This particular ornament just doesn't live up to typical Personalization Mall standards. The print on the back (where the text and date appear) is very low quality and blurry...almost like a low res image was just stamped on there. The photo was OK. Kinda bummed. Will not purchase again.

Cute but small I ordered the family swirl photo 2 sided ornament and the area for the photo is pretty small. It is cute but just a little too small.

Wrong color I love the picture side, but the side with my name on it was very pink and not really red. Doesn’t match my tree

Cute but fuzzy Really cute shape, but both the photo and the text and patterned sides were of poor print definition- text and colored lines were not crisp but fuzzy, and the print image was a bit blurry as well. I had a promo code to get this ornament for free and only pay for shipping, so for that price, I'm okay with it. But if I had paid for this ornament, I'd be disappointed.
Also it seems to be plastic, not ceramic. I suppose that's handy, less likely to break. But it cheapens the feel.
