 Cute but fuzzyReally cute shape, but both the photo and the text and patterned sides were of poor print definition- text and colored lines were not crisp but fuzzy, and the print image was a bit blurry as well. I had a promo code to get this ornament for free and only pay for shipping, so for that price, I'm okay with it. But if I had paid for this ornament, I'd be disappointed.
Also it seems to be plastic, not ceramic. I suppose that's handy, less likely to break. But it cheapens the feel.

Cute but poor quality control. By Shopper  (Minnetonka, MN) - December 16, 2016 Printing of image was off-center so image cropped differently than how originally pictured and words almost running off the edge. Still a very nice design. Ornament itself is very light weight.

Not centered I like this ornament, but the message side is not centered. I've contacted pm and they are sending me a new one.

Color not as shown - red I ordered this ornament in gray and I loved it! But I also ordered 2 in red and the colors are NOT red. The dark red name looks almost like a burnt reddish orange and the red swirls look coral. Really disappointed as I ordered it with two different pictures simply because I only use red and white ornaments on my tree.

This was ok It was ok, not that special. The writing looked a little strange and unsaturated.

Ornament flimsy By Shopper (langhorne, PA) - December 18, 2015 I have bought many ornaments and frames and have always been satisfied but I was disappointed at how thin this ornament was. It looked cheap.

Not as good as the round ornaments I chose this ornament because the shape made it easier to fit a picture of our family of four than the round ornaments. However, this ornament is much thinner and more delicate than the round ornaments. The edges aren't as nice and smooth either. Looks fine but I'll stick with the round ornaments from now on.

Darkened was disappointed in how dark they made the picture. could barely make it out. :( I used that same photo a prior year for an ornament from a different company with no problems. Other items from PM have been fine, but both photo ornaments- the photo was very dark. :(

Eh The picture and writing came out great but the ornament is super thin. I order an ornament from here every year for the past 5 years and this has been the only one I am not happy with. I plan on ordering 2 other circular ornaments within the month. I hope they aren't as thin as this one.

 Read description*** I selected this design so I could use a horizontal photo. It is nice looking, however it is made of metal and there are sharp areas. I would have loved this in glass and gloss. Just concerned due to the sharper area and points.

Very thin and sharp edge ornament I have ordered many ornaments from website ( for example: the baby announcements and dog circled item) this was the first one that was poor quality.
The ornament is very thin and edges were very sharp.

Disappointing By Shopper (Granbury, TX) - December 3, 2018 The personalization of product was done well. However the quality of the product itself was not great. It feels like cheap plastic. Which is not what I am used to getting from this site.

2 sided ornament By Shopper (Verona, WI) - December 29, 2017 The picture side of the ornament was great! The name on the other side was not. I ordered the red color, and the letters looked like they bled. It almost looked like a kindergartener was given the letters to color and fill in and didn't quite stay in the lines...I would not reorder this again.

Not Impressed I was expecting a higher quality product for the money paid for this ornament. It felt cheap, plastic and the side with the message looked as if it was printed on an old school, pixelated printer.

Very Flimsy By Shopper (Jackson, MO) - June 21, 2016 I was disappointed upon receiving this. it is so thin and fragile. Since I have ordered other ornaments like this from this website, all very high quality, I was surprised and disappointed at the very thin, easily breakable nature of this one.

 Awful So dissatisfied this year. I ordered a few last Christmas 2016 and this year the quality was terrible. Not even giving them as presents. Doubt I Will ever order again since I’m so upset.

Hole placement I spent 30 minutes making sure I fit everyone on the ornament and I did. When I got it the hole was on a persons face right next to empty space with just sky. It’s a gift for the covered face person so I have to get a new gift . I always order my ornaments from this site but I won’t be doing a picture ornament again .

Super pixelated and dark By Shopper (Overland, MO) - December 8, 2017 Picture looked great on my phone and on my desktop, but when it came to me the photo was so incredibly dark and the text is very pixelated. Unfortunately I purchased 3 of them so I just have to apologize to those receiving them, but it's the thought that counts right? I'd go with a different photo ornament.

Disappointing We worked very hard to photoshop our picture so that everyone showed up in the preview before purchasing. Ordered 4 ornaments for the family. One of the ornaments had a person's head missing. One had two heads missing. Two of the ornaments were very badly cut with the family name and decoration on the one side not in the middle and part cut off and the picture had a whole row of our family members HEADLESS!! What a nice ornament to give as gifts...NOT!!

Disappointed For the past 4 years, I have ordered ornaments for the holidays. I have been very pleased in the past, but it appears that the print quality on my recent order is WAY BELOW my expectations. The photo is not crisp and is fuzzy despite providing a high quality photo. The text print is hard to read and also blurred. Not sure if this is a bad batch, but I was embarrassed to give these as gifts to my family. Very disappointed and will most likely look to other vendors to meet my holiday ornament needs.
