 Exactly what I wanted!I received the ornament very quickly. It was exactly what I ordered and expected. I loved that it came in a keepsake bag as well. It's going to make a great Christmas gift!

I order these every year We have been ordering 15 of these every year as gifts for the past 6 years, they really are very nice. They have been changed slightly this year in that the ribbon that comes with them is not the nice, silver thick ribbon. It is cheap and grey and now you have to tie it on yourself. Being that the cost of these go up every year, I would not expect the quality to go down. Not sure we will order next year, I will probably look for a new supplier as I am now shopping for ribbon to match the previous years to match.

Crystal Xmas ornament Every year I gift my 3 granddaughters with a personalized glass/crystal ornament. I appreciate the various shapes so that they can be different each year and I add the year, a salutation , and their name as well as "from" for each year so that by the time they're on their own they will have a set of ornaments from their granny.

Great keepsake By Shopper (Manchester, MO) - May 13, 2015 I ordered these for a few of my son's teachers. The ornament is great quality. It is solid. The etching was clear and easy to read. Perfect keepsake. My only issue is that I used too many words and a few seemed to be squished together. My fault not theirs.

Very Pretty... ...but small! It's a delicate, pretty ornament that I intended as a gift for grandparents, aunts, cousins for the first grandchild. When they arrived and I saw how small they are, I felt obliged to add to my gift. I thought they'd be a bit more substantial.

Enjoy my ornament I really enjoyed the way my personalized ornament turned out. I just wonder how long the writing will last on it. However, the personalization was exactly as I saw on the proof when ordering.

This was nice BUT..... By Shopper (Chandler, AZ) - December 18, 2019 It was a nice ornament but was a little smaller than I expected, and I chose the script font and it was rather small to read. It also didn't look like the picture. The picture showed a more beveled edge and the actual ornament didn't have a dominant edge like that. I bought two of them and the second font I used showed up much better, more of a block font. Just wish they were a couple inches bigger.

Always pleased I love my yearly ornaments from PM. Every year I purchase ornaments as gifts for my nieces and nephews. This year I chose 2 different ones. The Angel wings for the passing of my Brother n law. Those will be gifted to his children. The ornament was just as expected and very pretty. I also ordered the round clear glass ones for the rest of the family. The ornament is pretty but, was disappointed that the lettering was not centered. None the less on the tree it went and I love it.

Not centered! I normally like all of the products that I buy from this website but I was disappointed with this one. The writing that I ordered was not centered properly.

Ornament Was Not Right, But Personalization Mall Did Give Refund The ornament I received was flawed with overlapping lines of text and other issues as well. The second ornament I received was also not right. I called the company and was given a refund so I do feel that Personalization Mall did correct the situation by refunding my money. I bought several ornaments in 2012 that were all beautiful and perfect so I know that usually this company sends out quality products. There was just some problems with this particular ornament I chose.

Wouldn't Buy Again This ornament is quite disappointing. The font size is very small and the contrast to the glass is poor. It will be pretty much unreadable once hung on the tree.

Text did not align The ornament arrived on time and it was well packaged; however, the hole and text doesn’t not align. The hole is drilled to the left of the text instead of in the center of the ornament. It does not match the design as shown and ruins the desired effect

Very thin and print is light It looks alot thicker in the picture. It's actually very thin and the print does not show up very well, which makes it difficult to read.

Too Small By Shopper (Philadelphia, PA) - December 20, 2017 Because this ornament is "glass" not all fonts look great on it. Sadly the font that I picked did not look good at all on it and was very small. I was not really pleased with it and won't order this style again.

Not the Usual Quality By Shopper (Greenville , NC) - December 16, 2017 I buy a lot from Personalization Mall and am usually impressed with the quality of their products. It's such an easy way to get truly unique gifts. This, however, was less than impressive. There was too much dead space on the ornament and the design was faint and hard to see.

Adequate at best The print is so tiny it is extremely difficult to read. I'd rather have fewer lines and larger print. The etching is poorly done as well. I would not recommend this ornament. The sample looks larger.

Magnifying glass anyone? Although very pretty ornament, the writing is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. Nice idea but they should not allow as many letters on there

Round glass ornament By Shopper (Petaluma, CA) - November 22, 2015 Barely can see the etching unless there is something colored behind it. Called to have it redone or order something else and their customer service is no returns and they feel it is fine.
Wont be ordering this again, do not recommend as you wont see the etching on a xmas tree unless you put something colorful behind it.

The website distorts how big the engraving looks on the ornament. It is so tiny on the tiny ornament that you can barely read it. I am embarrassed by what they look like! I will not be giving them as Christmas gifts!

Ridiculous! I’ve ordered from the Personalization Mall a number of times over the years
& I have always been satisfied with my
orders. This time, I ordered one of the
etched glass ornaments for close family
friends & the wrong etched glass ornament was sent. My friend & her husband were not sure what to make of the etched sentiments. Needless to say, I knew right away that they had received the wrong one. I’ve been unable to speak with a CSR to rectify
this problem, no one is answering!

Ornaments I have ordered from this company many time and have always been very satisfied. Just when I became very comfortable this order came. None of the printing on any of these ornaments were centered. I am very disappointed with these ornaments. I do not have time to return them and get new ones as they need to be mailed out. I feel the company should have noticed this before they sent them out. They should be more careful on their quality control. I may have to find another company.

Create your own Round Ornament The personalization on this item is very difficult to read and the ornament itself just feels plain.

Not impressed The ornaments look pretty cheap and the hole which was drilled to hang the ornaments is not clean - there are scratches around it. I was hoping to make this a Christmas tradition of the places we've traveled and the year but I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Disappointed I ordered 2 of these ornaments and both arrived with engraving off center. I had them redone a second time and this time the engraving was centered but too high in the ornaments and the top word on both ran into the hole where the ornaments are hung. I ended up getting a refund.
