So VERY pleased I purchased 14 of these and every one was perfect. The red velvet presentation bag is a nice touch. We have a 5k in our community of Thanksgiving Eve. My grandfamilies and I participate; however, none of us are fast enough to place in the race, so I have one of these made for each family member to commemorate the event. They all enjoy receiving them.

Good product, poor shipping I have been buying from Personalization Mall for over 15 years and have always been totally satisfied with the product and the service. This time though I paid for expedited shipping. The products arrived 5 days late. Not happy with Laser Ship.

Another year -- more ornaments! I have been getting personalized ornaments for my granddaughters from PMall for 13 years. I've never been disappointed. One year -- forever ago -- one had engraving that was crooked. Boom!!! PMall sent me another one pronto.
