 Very pretty but…I purchased an engraved ornament from you years ago and it is heavier. This one feels thinner and more fragile. I don’t like that. But the engraving is pretty and it arrived in a timely manner.

Brass would be better Would have preferred to have this in Brass instead of glass. Don’t know why you quit offering it in brass.

Great little ornament Good quality, wish the ribbon for hanging had been included. Also wish the first line of print was down a bit further but overall love it.

It's a nice size and looks elegant. It shows up nicely against the burgundy Personalization Mall bag it came in, so I'm hoping the lettering is readable on the tree. I'm proud to give it as a gift and think it will be appreciated and cherished. It looks just like the preview image.

It comes in a maroon drawstring bag inside a bubble bag inside a bubble envelope. Negative: small scratch on bottom left but not enough to send back. Glass template from China.

Small but cute A lot smaller than i had anticipated. One of my major concerns or disliking i guess you can say was i had wrote a personal message and the page it was printed on came crumbled and looked as if it was just tossed in the box. Major flaw in my opinion.

Great, but wish the fonts were bigger. We loved the ornament, and it looks even better in person than it did online. However, we only had two short lines of text, and it would have been nice to have more font choices so the text wouldn't be as small.

2nd time around The 1st time I received the ornament the hole for the string was drilled through the wording- not happy! I immediately called Customer Service and they sent a replacement that was perfect! Thank You!

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't attach the ribbon to the ornament. I mentioned this in a previous review that, personally, I don't want to have to tie the ribbon to the ornament. I would rather it already be attached.

Beautiful but The ornament was beautiful just wish the engraving was not right next to the hole the string goes through. It would have been 100% perfect if the engraved words were further down.

Pretty... I ordered this for my sister and her family. I ordered this and two other glass ornaments. I think the size Is pretty good but would have thought it should be a little thicker. Otherwise it came out beautifully... I hope they like it.

It's not the best etching quality as far as being very distinct, but then I didn't pay a lot of money for it either. For the price, it will make a nice gift.
Website was easy to use and design the heart.

Pretty, but doesn't match I purchased this ornament to match one that I had bought two years ago from you all. The item was the same, but the options for font were drastically different, plus this time I was REQUIRED to put a symbol on there that I had no use for. Still looks nice, just definitely doesn't match. Oh well.
