Lovely tribute or keepsake Sadly, I've ordered two of these after losing a pet. Both times I've ordered two ornaments ~ one for myself and another for my best friend who pet sits when we travel. The picture is clear and the option to personalize it is wonderful.

Very nice ornament I ordered these memorial ornaments for relatives dogs that had passed a few years back. We didn't have the best photo to use - they were several years old and camera photos but the ornaments came out very nice, of good quality, and shipped quickly! My family really liked them. I will definitely use them again!

Lovely keepsake ornament! By Shopper (San Jose, CA) - December 17, 2016 I made two pet ornaments for our cats for our 2016 ornaments and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The hardest part is choosing what picture to use! The website interface is very straight forward, updating jpegs from my phone camera was easy, and they allow more characters than I need for personalization. It took about 2 weeks from submitting the order to receipt. They came all in one box, in a pretty velvet bag for each one and individual bubble wrap bags! No complaints!

Brought tears to my eyes! The ornament was beautiful and the picture was clear and colors were true. I thought for the price it would be plastic but it was ceramic and came in a velvet pouch with satin ribbon. My friend just lost his dog who was almost 18 and this ornament when given to him brought tears to both of us!

It is even nicer than I expected. My only disappointment is that I had to have a caption printed on the front, there is no way to not have this and it cuts across the front of the photo ruining the image.

Memorial ornament The picture uploaded and phrasing on front and back were perfect! Delivery was fast within 2 weeks. This ornament is a lovely way to remember my puppy that passed after 11 years. She was a member of the family and this is a great way to remember her.

Best reminder I love this or ornament! Each year we pick out an ornament to hang on the tree and this year I picked this one. I lost my 13 year old best friend this year in March and not a day goes by I don't think of her. Now I have a place on my tree where she can still be part of the holidays.
