 Memorial for our lost petWe lost our dog in early December while our daughter was away at school. I ordered this and had it on the tree before she came home. Good quality and fast service. A little disappointed it did not come with a ribbon for hanging - that left us scrambling and using a cheap stand in until we can get to the store.

Nice ornament The ornament is nice. When I cropped the picture it didn't look like the right top of my dog's head would be cut off. Wish it was more centered. I got it quickly though and it's nice

Background Too Dark The product is very nice but the picture that I submitted has a lighter background and the end product was a lot darker than what was previewed. This is a problem since my dog is black and is hard to see on the ornament.

A wonderful tribute to our furbaby This is a very touching memorial for our fur baby that passed earlier this year. We love having it on our Christmas tree. The only downside is how long it took get here even though I paid extra for postage.

Small I love that it’s personalized with a photo of my pet, it’s nice and clear, but the ornament is smaller than I pictured it to be. I should have paid attention to the dimensions, other than that I love it!

Pet Photo Memoria Phot Ornament The ornament was cute and very well made. However, there are too many picky requirements about what HAS to be included on the ornament - ex. I did not want a top line on the ornament; I wanted just the dog's name, but I was required to put something on the first line!!! One other annoying thing, which I have never run into in the past, but I did this time, is the fact that I was not able to track the package. It showed that it was coming from WI, yet it said from Bolingbrook to Plainfield??!?!?!?! I was trying to track it to see if it would be here by the date that I needed it to take to my friends who lost their dog, but I was unable to do so. Tracking should be available and updated for all packages they send out.

Christmas Ornament I love the ornament & how you can personalize it with the picture & wording. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a lighter section on the bottom of the ornament that distorts the picture. Other wise shipping is quick & it’s well packed & comes in a nice velvet bag.

Mixed reviews Be careful when choosing your photos. The one I choose had a lot of red so you really couldn’t see the writing. I didn’t like it but the person I gave it to loved it.

Pretty but MATTE means MATTE I chose the larger ornament so the picture would be easier to see at a distance. However, the only finish available was the matte finish. It was nice, but rather dull looking. The recipient LOVED both of these ornaments but I was slightly disappointed in the finish. If you love matte finishes, you will love this product.

Beautiful Quality Second time ordering this product. It is such great quality, solid, and photo print comes out so well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a gift for a cat owner and the background on the back is bones? For a dog... Cats don't do bones. Did not notice this when ordering or a place to personalize this bone background? May want to use a generic or plain background if unable to personalize that background for non-dog owners. Otherwise, GREAT product and easy ordering, quick turnaround. Thanks!

One thing I would change is to have the writing lower and a little more readable on the ornament. Would be nice to customize that part.

Ornament The second try was an improvement. The hole still was not exactly where I would have put it, but it works. They lighted the picture so that was much better.

Sweet memorial piece Liked this memorial ornament the most from the site and it is very beautiful in person. The only downside is I wish they give an option for the background of the text side that is not a dog bone pattern. This way it can be universally used for a cat or other animal since it is such a nice ornament.

Nice remembrance Love the ornament. I get all my ornaments from Personalization Mall. The only thing was the white strip that goes across with the name in it. It was whiter than I realized; and faded out her tongue.

Beautiful Ornament I ordered a ornament for my son and daughter-in-law that had a picture of their dog Maggie that passed away in November! I’m pretty sure it was the picture that caused the lack of clarity but I was not informed about it. otherwise it was absolutely beautiful

Photo Ornament (2.85" Glossy 1 sided) The product itself is great quality. The only downside to this ornament is the quality of the picture. The picture I uploaded was a nice vibrant colored picture. When you review your image before checkout, it changes the coloring to be dull and hazy. I was kind of hoping that it was a computer issue. However, when I received my ornament, it was poor quality with the color as it was dull coloring and hazy.
