Cute but photo quality wasn't the greatest I'm not sure if it was the quality of the photo i sent or the quality of it when it was printed, but it is a little fuzzy. overall though this is a very cute ornament.

Our new puppy Love this ornament. Only thing I wish I had done was add the name and year on the picture prior to sending the order for printing. Gave this to my granddaughters to remember their first puppy and its first Christmas with them. Thanks

Item as Described Item is as described, but I wasn’t as satisfied with it as I was with the ceramic ornament that I ordered. The metal ornament was more expensive but not as impressive as the ceramic ornament. This is my own personal experience and has nothing to do with the quality or description of the product. Someone else may really like the metal ornament but I prefer the ceramic ones and reordered the ornament in ceramic.

Not as good as I expected The picture of my dog came out darker and dull looking on the ornament.
On the back I used an exclamation mark right after my dogs name and it looks like it’s part of the name.

Color not great The photo printed much darker than it showed online making it hard to see the cat in the photo.

Memory ornament . Overall happy with our memory ornament but picture quality is a little blurry. It didn’t indicate that it was low res when I uploaded it so not sure what happened.

Not great quality The photo was a little dark and I paid extra for a keepsake box that was made very cheap and had barcode stickers & labels stuck all over the back of it. This is a gift and the keepsake box is trash and not gift worthy.

Photo print could be better The photo printing on their ornaments just does not seem to be the quality it used to be. The photo on the front is a bit grainy. The text on the back though is nice and clear. Overall, the ornament is nice. It's a good size and heavy.

2-sided photo ceramic ornament I love these ornaments and have ordered many in the past. The back of my ornament shows bones in background not visable when ordering. My cat does not chew bones!

Pet ornament This is the first time from ordering from PM that I was displeased with my product but I had never dealt with a photo ornament before. The pucture on ornament was fuzzy and couldn't see dogs eyes. If not for that I could have given a 5.

Pet Memorial The ornament is heavy, so for real trees you need to hang it strategically. The photo & writing was a bit blurry.

Bad layout I wish on the layout tool to create this item, they would show where the hole to hang it up would be located. The image is fine but the hole is in the middle of the dogs head. It makes it look like the dog has 3 eyes.

Not going to try a 3rd time I received the first product and the font on the back was inconsistent in thickness and blurry. I reported this and was very promptly sent another one. It was better but still off. The picture on the front was great so I kept it and still gave it to the recipient that it was intended for. She knows it was still heartfelt.

two sided ornament Bought ornament last year for my new puppy, turned out beautiful. Did the same this year for another new puppy but it came darker. When I was playing with the brightness, etc before ordering we thought the regular setting was perfect. we thought Light was too light. When we received the ornament it was very dark. Contacted them, sent a photo of it as requested and they determined nothing could be done, no replacement. Not even try to send a lighter setting one. Disappointed !

Cute but unexpected By Shopper (Philadelphia, PA) - December 13, 2017 This ornament is great for a dog. However, I had ordered the ornament for a friend who lost a horse. The bones on the back for the personalized message was very faint in the original picture, so I did not see that until I received the ornament in the mail. Luckily she loves dogs, so we decided to keep the bones.

Wish the picture was lighter Very happy with delivery, it arrived earlier then expected. I like the ornament, it’s made well. Disappointed in my black lab’s picture on the ornament. It is very dark, darker then the picture I send. I would have given 5 stars if her picture was lighter that you could see her better. This is a Christmas gift for my husband in remembrance of our beloved puppy.

Wonderful pet gifts I ordered 3 of these. 2 for myself and 1 for another person. The one I ordered for the other person was wonderful. One of mine was great as well but the other one I had with my cat was bad! When I made the ornament and previewed it, the hole wasn't even close to the eye but when I received the ornament the hole was right on the eye. Such a disappointment, I felt like I had to hide it on my tree because it wasn't appealing.

Great design, text not terribly clear I've ordered a great many ornaments from PersonalizationMall over the years and have always been extremely happy with the quality. This time, I absolutely LOVED the design (and was happy with it in person!) but I was sad to see that the clarity of the text and image were not as high as in the past. It wasn't so blurry that the company considered it a mistake (and therefore they did not offer to replace it). It was just "soft focus" enough that the text was harder to read and the quality seemed poor. I hope this was just a unusual experience and not a reflection on some new printing process.

Ornament I have ordered personalized ornaments from your company before and was not completely satisfied with the ones I ordered this year. The pictures were dark, and the writing was hard to read.

Dissappointed By Shopper (Cincinnati, OH) - January 1, 2015 While the quality of the actual ornament was good, I was quite displeased with how the picture was. The picture appears very dark on the ornament, and the picture is not dark at all. I would have contacted the company and requested a refund/returned it, but it was a gift for someone and if I had done that, it would not have been back in time. It was good enough to give to a family member but I was disappointed. We have received ornaments from this company before, made by others, that did appear fine.

Pet memories I wish the band was clearer as it blocks the picture. I also wish it was double sided. It will be a nice memory of our Chico.

It was a good price and was shipped quickly. However, the quality of the
picture on the ornament was not very good. We have a chocolate lab and she looked more black on the ornament. The photo looked right and the color was spot on when we ordered it. Disappointed on final product.
