 Good product, but ........By Shopper  (Milford, NJ) - July 22, 2013 I ordered two of these for Christmas Tree ornaments for recently passed pets. The product is nice however, I found it difficult to place my pictures on the ornaments. The process to crop the pictures is quite a hassle, and the finished result on one of my ornaments I am not satisfied with. The "window" given to crop your picture is not consistent with what I actually got. So the settings for cropping should be easier. If you get the cropping correct, the product is very nice overall.

picture perfect the only downside was that there was no border around the whole picture and it was a black dog and make it a little dark

Item was okay Item was faded looking and wasn't exactly what I expected but overall I am satisfied enough. It wasn't the best photo in the first place.

Decent I have a few of these ornaments. They're cute but the cropping is a hassle because the pic has to be JUST right. I find pics that are farther away (rather than too close up) work better to get it cropped and looking cute on the ornament.

Disappointed I've ordered several of these memorial ornaments in the past and have always been very pleased with what I've received.
This year the quality is not what it has been in past years.
I approved an image that was light in color. The ornament I received is so dark you can't even make out what the dog looks like and this ornament is a gift. I don't think I even want to give it to the woman I bought it for.
I can only post one photo. I would have liked to have shared the image I approved along with what was received.

Not thrilled This is the first item I have ordered from this site that I have not been happy receiving. The photos in the matte finish are just way to dull. I understand it is not supposed to look the same as the glossy version which I have ordered in the past, but it’s so dull it makes the picture look so poor and unless you head on and close up you can’t make out the images. I’m glad I only ordered 2 instead of the 7 I was going to order.

Quality of ornament is nice but personalization was a complete fail I am in tears that the most sentimental gift I ordered this year arrived and is 3xs darker than the photo I uploaded and approved on the website. You can’t even see the face of my fathers beloved dog who passed this year. I regret this purchase

Dog memorial I was disappointed in the ornament. The hole to hang it on the tree is in one of the dogs eyes and spoils the whole effect. I have always loved everything I ordered from your company, but am not happy with this.

NO cat version? By Shopper (Maple Shade, NJ) - November 26, 2019 This looks really nice in the dog version but unfortunately, it cannot be ordered 2-sided for a cat because the background is dog bones. There should be a background for cats as well.

Disapointed My baby just past and I received this oranamant. The whole for the ornament was between his eyes. I was really disappointed.

Color different from screen to product By Shopper (Huntingdon, PA) - December 14, 2016 The ornament on the screen was fine, but when I received it, it had a yellow green color to it and seemed out of focus. This happened with two other ornaments I purchased at the same time. I gave it two stars because the porcelain is nice and heavy. I won't be purchasing this item from here in the future.

Christmas Ornament The photo came out much darker than the picture that was submitted. Would not recommend if your dog is black in color.

Disappointed I've had a few "animal" ornaments made before, this one turned out really bad and I was very unsatisfied with it. It came out too bright as if a flash had just gone off and that's not what the original pic looked like and it didn't look like that on the preview either.
I was definiately disappointed.

 Disappointed I have used personalization mall a couple of times for ornaments when loved ones and pets have passed. They have always turned out well. Until this time, it was for my cat that died and it came out blurry :'( It looked fine on the website, and usually if its not good it will tell me not to use that picture. It didn't though and now it just makes me sad to look at it next to the others.

Bad quality control I bought this to memorialize my dog that past away this year. I put a quote on the back of it. When it came, one side was completely fine (the one with the picture), but the other side with the quote was completely off-center and looked cheap. I emailed them with my complaint. They agreed to send me another one. The second one just came and it looks EXACTLY the same as the first one. I don't have the patience to go through the process again so I'm just going to chalk it up to a loss.

Photo was completely off center By Shopper (Macomb, MI) - December 18, 2020 While I appreciate how quickly this item came, the quality was TERRRRRRIBLE!!! The photo was VERY obviously off center. I have been trying to call customer service and sent emails but no response. I get they're busy with holidays but did no one check the quality of this item before shipping it out?????????

Pet ornament Ordered an ornament for my daughter for Christmas. The quality of the picture on the ornament is awful. Nothing like the picture I sent. Maybe they can’t produce a nice ornament from a black dog. Too embarrassed to give it to her for Christmas. Ordered an ornament in the past and was very satisfied.

Fuzzy picture I have ordered several times from your company & have been pleased but this year I ordered 5 ornaments for family members & am disappointed in 4 of the 5. The picture I submitted with this ornament seemed clearer than the picture that shows on the ornament. I hope this can be redone & made clearer. Your company seems to stand behind your product because I did get an ornament last year that I wasn’t pleased with & you worked with me to correct it.

Picture quality was terrible By Shopper (wheelersburg, OH) - December 19, 2016 I ordered ornaments last year with pics taken on my iphone and they were gorgeous. I ordered this one this year with a professional pic and the quality turned out terrible. It is very blurry on both ornaments. The red border is also missing from this ornament.

Not happy I am not happy with the way it turned out. The picture was much darker than what I uploaded on the website and it did not look like the sample shown to me upon checkout.

Photo from high quality camera looked very poor on this ornament By Shopper (Savage, MN) - January 1, 2013 I ordered a photo ornament and am very disappointed. The ornament itself is a nice quality, although a bit smaller than I was expecting. The photo I chose for this ornament was taken by a high quality, new SLR camera. I've had the photo printed and it looked fine. However, on this ornament, the picture looks very poor... I'm very disappointed. The picture of the ornament even looks nicer than the actual ornament.
