Excellent craftmanship and service I have always received excellent work from Personalization.com. When my order was not delivered I contacted them and they immediately started tracking my order when it still was not delivered they made a new set and made sure it was delivered before Christmas. They do excellent work and I have referred them to many family and friends. I will continue to order special gifts from them in the future.

I was so happy when this package came. It was even prettier in person. The picture came out very clear and the ornament was good quality. This will hang on or tree for years to come. Well worth the money I paid.

Beautiful, high quality ornament I purchased this ornament for my entire family in memory of my son, who passed away in August, and it was just beautiful, as well as very high quality. The picture is clear and so is the saying I chose for the back. My only suggestion is that there should be an option to crop the photo to portrait. Other than that, it was perfect, and everyone I've given the ornament to loves it.

The other one was in remembrance of my father that passed this year, his however, the picture was a bit darker than what I had previewed but will work fine.

The quality was excellent, it was truly beautiful. The only drawback was the cost of shipping; it cost as much to ship it as it did for the ornament itself. I think the company could do better regarding the shipping rates.

Great ornament-the picture doesn't do it justice! I ordered these because they were the only place you could personalize them. The picture on their site doesn't do them justice. They are coated with a clear glaze so look really beautiful and the pictures came out great. I placed a second order guaranteed to receive by Christmas and received someone else's monogrammed make up bag 2 days before Christmas. I called them and offered to mail the item but they said the person wouldn't receive them by Christmas. I told them not to rush my 2nd order - that it was just for me, yet I received them the next day! Very impressed with the service and quality. Great job Personalization Mall!
