A family heirloom I ordered 12 of these Memorial Ornaments as a gift for my family members after we lost our Niece recently. A special memorial I bought this ornament for family members as a memorial to my father who passed away last year. I ordered it two days before Christmas, but received my order in time to give as gifts. A few of the ornaments had bad picture quality, but PersonalizationMall.com quickly addressed the issue and sent me replacements (at no charge!). Perfect memorial gift I ordered this ornament for my family members to have for our first Christmas without my Dad. Everyone loved it and it was a nice something to have, look at and remember. so pretty I bought this as a gift for my mom with the passing of my grandmother. It was so much better than i expected!!! the description shows as a type of 'wood' background - but it's very pretty and ceramic. the picture came out perfect and exactly as submitted - sometimes when you upload a photo on other sites it is stretched or the colors have been changed a little. my mom loves it so much (and it's not just for christmas) she's going to keep it up all year in the kitchen. amazing gift especially for the price

Getting the best picture for the ornament Of course you have many pictures of your love one and even have a favorite but that does not say it will be the best to work on the ornament. Find the best that works and looks good for the ornament.

It hit the spot We lost my brother in a motorcycle accident 3 weeks before Christmas. I ordered this for myself, my mom, my brothers and my niece. It was a beautiful tribute and the quality was excellent. Our picture was a little dark but it still came out beautifully.

Beautiful Product When a special person passes away right before the holidays it's difficult to do all of your normal holiday routines without thinking of that person. This year was difficult and I wanted to make something thoughtful for family members suffering this loss. This ornament was so nicely done and I was really impressed all around with the quality of the picture. Everyone I gave it to loved it and put it on their tree immediately. Beautiful! I ordered 3 for Christmas as memories for my friends that lost family this past year. I needed to contact customer service because I was having a hard time uploading my photos. They were so very helpful and patient (I am terrible with computers). They arrived the exact day I expected and they were beautiful!
