Classic memory ornament I'm pleased with the quality and design. My only disappointment is that the photo is actually a little darker than it appeared on the computer when I ordered it. I will treasure it.

Memorial ornament I bought this as a gift for friends who lost their beloved pet. It is very nice with a picture and beautiful quote. I think that they will cherish it. Arrived as ordered and in the time promised.

Memorial ornament Loved being able to personalize this ornament to mean even more to me. However the stuff that was printed on (picture and writing) wasnt centered on the ornament. I was a little disappointed. That still didn't take away from how special this was when I gave it as a gift.

Memory ornament Very nice product, good quality. The actual color of the product is a little off from the picture used to advertise. What I received is a cream/beige coloring with burgundy detailing. However, I was still very happy with what I received.

Thoughtful gift First One I ordered had blurry print. Called their customer service number and they were very understanding and took care of me to print and ship a new one.

One was perfect! I place and order for two of the same ornaments, one of them was perfect and nicely centered. On the other one it was off to the side and looked offset.
Over all I loved them, very nice quality.

Nice item I bought this "in memory" ornament for a friend who recently lost her husband. She was very touched. I was pleased with the quality and the options I had to customize it. Everything was accurate and as requested. The photo was a little blurry, but understandable, since I sent you s copy of a copy.

Loved this ornament I bought this item after we lost my mom in August. I bought it for my sisters, brother & I. Everyone loved it!!
My only suggestion is in the number of letters allowed on the lines. I had trouble fitting what I wanted to say on it.

Beautiful but inconsistent The website is very user friendly and I'm thrilled with all the product options. I ordered multiple memorial ornaments to give family members this year and while most are perfect there are a few others that are slightly imperfect and off center.
Customer service was very helpful!!

Great product! I ordered this ornament as a memorial piece for my late husband. I love it! My only single complaint is that the picture quality was a little dark but other than that I am very satisfied !

Great Customer Service I ordered 5 of these ornaments in memory of my father, whom just passed this past year. I ordered these as Christmas presents for my siblings, mother and of course one for myself as well. when they arrived, one of the ornaments was flawed. a noticeable scratch was visible in the picture and the picture on that ornament didnt print correctly and caused a "ghosting" effect. i contacted customer service and a few corespondences and a photographe later, the ornament was replaced(with 2! ornaments) and arrived to me with time to spare before christmas!
i am very pleased with the transaction, the ease of the process and the way i felt i was valued as a customer!
great quality and value as well.

Memorial Ornament I have ordered many things from Personalizationmall.com over the years and it has always been top quality. I wasn't as impressed with this item but, for the price it isn't worth complaining. The ornament itself is nice, the wording was off centered and very low. I will still purchase from this site many times in the future.
