Ornament I’ve ordered many ornaments over the years from here. I’ve always been super happy. This set I ordered this time was very poorly printed! The design, picture, and dates were very much off center, and the dates were cut off. Not very please this time

Hard to read. The sentiment is beautiful but very hard to read with light gray on white. Very disappointed

Not too happy I purchased this ornament for friend that recently lost her grandfather. Not real happy with the quality of the ornament. The picture quality isn't very good. I wish the ribbon would have been attached I had trouble tying it

third set I ordered I was not at all happy with my last order that I placed. I bought 20 before this and they came out beautiful. The last 5 I ordered were horrible. The picture is not clear at all. I am so upset with them that I don't even know if I am going to give them out.

Kind of disappointed I ordered this because my sister just passed & I wanted to ease the grieving & still remember her. I was disappointed with the off-white, beige color & it's smaller than I thought. The picture doesn't look good but I think that was my quality. You can see the pixels. The sample included is clearer. I'm going to look for a glass one instead.

This looks silver in the pic I was just under the impression that this was some kind of silver/metal bc the color in the pic leads me to believe that so I was disappointed with the end product. It looked a little cheesy with the off white background. Usually I'm very happy with the look of the items from personalization mall, bc I have ordered quite a few, this was just a let down.

Looks cheap The picture and wording wasn't centered and that alone makes something look cheap. The print is so small it's hard to read. I wouldn't buy another one.

Late diilivery Very late delivery. I ordered 3 of the same and one had wrong year on it....my mistake maybe but no one caught it !

Remembering Mom I ordered 6 of these last year after I lost my mom. Everyone loved them. I keep mine next to my lamp, as I go to bed everynight its right there.

Christmas gift that came to late. Beautiful, loved the work I ordered early in the month to get here on time.for Christmas but, no luck . Remember to order 2 months in advance.

Refund requested still waiting I have ordered through personalization mall for years and have always been happy until now. The picture I uploaded and in the preview was much lighter than the one that was printed. I called in and spoke to a customer service representative and they told me it would be reviewed and I should expect a response soon. I am still waiting. At this point I will have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge as this is not what was expected.

Crooked The size/weight was nice, but the personalization was severely crooked. The picture on the front was not centered but set closer to the right side. The wording on the back was even worse. It should've been centered under the hole where it hangs, but it was slanted so bad and the design on one side is almost gone. I called to get a new one because this was a christmas gift to my grandmother as this was her 1st christmas without my grandfather. This product is on backorder until January so I opted to get my money back. I promised my grandmother a new one so she can keep it displayed year round so I will now have to order a new one. I have ordered from this company for many years and this was the 1st time they have made a mistake, unfortunately, this was also one of the most important gifts I've given.

Not as good as last year's I ordered this ornament last year and was very happy with it. I re-ordered the exact same one this year for another family member and the quality is not as good. The picture is not sharp like on the first one. I emailed customer service, no one responded to my email so I called them. The woman I spoke to just brushed off what I was trying to tell her and said my whole order would be redone. I got the second set of ornaments today and they look almost exactly the same. I didn't want another set that look just as bad, I want the pictures to be in focus like the digital files I uploaded are. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.

Blurry The picture was extremely blurry and you couldn't even tell what the picture was

Terrible picture quality I ordered 3 of these memorial ornaments to recognize a grandparent that passed away this year. The picture quality is so poor that there is no way that I will give these to my children. The actual ornament does not look at all like the preview---it is very washed out. DO NOT ORDER!

smudged I had ordered 6 memorial ornaments. The first one I opened was great. The second thru fifth were a blurry mess. The sixth one I looked at looked great. Was heartbroken at the general quality. On a plus note items arrived quicker than expected

Very Un happy with one of my Ornaments I was very upset with one of the Ornaments . I have order Many of these ornaments over the years and I can say this is the second time i have not been pleased . Very upset with this one
