Happy and Satisfied When the original ornament arrived it was broken in half. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement that arrived before Christmas so I was able to place My Dad’s ornament on the tree along with My Mom’s ornament. I am so happy with the quality of the ornament, with customer service and with their quick thinking & customer loyalty. Thank you.

LOVE! The process was pretty easy..just trying to get the right picture and fit. The end product was Beautiful. I ordered a few for my husband's family, as well as my husband, I hope that they all love it as much as my husband did.
