Most of the other ornaments I've ordered from here were just a hard surface. This one has a nice gloss but not too shiny. It's beautiful on our tree and an excellent price.

Excellent Surprise Gift I ordered six of these ornaments depicting family events in 2014. They were a great surprise for each, and I hope to make this a tradition each year. Those that stay in my house are interspersed among larger family pictures and will hang all year long. I have included a picture (sorry for the bad quality of the pic) of the ornaments hanging. Although they are a Christmas ornament and would look very nice on a tree, they aren't overly adorned with Christmas decorations to leave up all year. On the back of each I had the names and dates added for future generations to readily know who and when they were taken. Shipping was faster than expected, and although they were a relatively last minute choice, they arrived on time for Christmas morning.
