Great gift By Shopper  (Orange, TX) - December 26, 2018 I give these ornaments every year to my daughters with my favorite picture. This year, the string hole for haninginf was through the forehead and I thou i the pic could had been tweaked to avoid it by whomever set it up for production.

2 out of 3 I ordered 3 of these ornaments to commemorate my Goddaughter's baptism. Two of the three ornaments came out perfect, I am very happy with them. The third came out very blurry, not sure if its a printing issue?
I emailed customer service today for a resolution. I have been ordering photo ornaments for years and never had a product issue or customer service issue. I am confident I will hear back soon!

An annual tradition By Shopper (Chicago, IL) - March 21, 2018 I create a photo ornament at Personalization Mall every year. I find the online editing tool a little tricky, but with a little patience, the end result is always great.

Great photo quality By Shopper (Auburn, AL) - December 20, 2015 The photo turned out great on this ornament, great color and clarity. I would definitely suggest using a dark background, which I did. The wreath around the picture shows up so much better! The only negative would be, part of the hole for the ribbon, went through the top of my son's head. It goes through his black hair, so it doesn't look too bad. However, it didn't look that way when I did it online. Overall, the quality is superb and I would definitely use Personalization again! I would show a picture, but don't want to use their image online :)

Use high quality photo This ornament turned out beautifully! My only suggestion to the shopper is use the highest quality photo possible, professional if you have it. I rated it with four stars due to the picture quality on the ornament. I used a professionally taken photo and it turned out slightly grainy. I would imagine this is because it was printed on ceramic and it isn't going to be the same quality as photo paper. Like I said, use a high quality photo and you will still love the results!

 Red TintI received my ornaments very quickly, which was great! The size of the ornament and thickness was better than expected. The printing was a little disappointing. It was a bit blurry and has a red tint to it. It did not look like that in the preview.

PoorClarity I have purchased a personalized photo ornament every year for the past several years. This year's photo is blurry and even the lettering is unclear. I am disappointed as my photo showed the best quality when creating the ornament.

Disappointing quality By Shopper (West Orange, NJ) - December 9, 2014 I was disappointed with how the picture was darker on the ornament than it is in the picture that was downloaded. C- quality. I would not order this again.

Border is GREAT Do to this having a boarder, you don't need to worry about the hole going through the head on your picture... This was a very big problem for me this year the holes in the faces of the pictures.

 Unhappy shopperBy Shopper (Coon Rapids, MN) - December 15, 2017 Very unhappy with ornament/ornaments. With the white and red covering the picture. Your apps is not user friendly very difficult to understand and get rid of the red and whites. An edit would have been nice to correct it.
If you would accept the ornaments that are bad back i would do so. I ordered many things from you and have been somewhat happy. This years ornaments have not been up to your standards

Picture is very dark By Shopper (Franklin Park, NJ) - December 29, 2014 I purchased this for myself and my in-laws with a picture of my late husband. The photo I used was against a light background but despite that the photo on the ornament is very dark.
