It is perfect although when I purchase from this place again, and I will purchase from them again, I won't order the matte finish. From a distance it looks clear but close up it's somewhat hazy but still very beautiful. And the service is fast. Quick turnaround. I can't wait for them to see it!

Absolutely Perfect My son and daughter-in-law were expecting their first child, our first grandson, on 11/3. Sadly when they went for her checkup at 36 weeks, they found that he no longer had a heartbeat. He was born on 10/9. Heaven gained an amazing angel that day. They put his handprint inside of a bible. I fell in love with that little handprint so I sent it to Personalization Mall for Christmas Ornaments for the family. I ordered just one since I have never ordered from your company before. When I took it out of the packing, it absolutely took my breath away. It was perfect so I ordered the rest immediately!!! I cannot wait to give them to the rest of the family. What you mean to me I love these - in fact I ordered 10 by the time I went back and ordered more. When I have shown people, they said the person receiving will know how much you care, taking the time to make each one personal to them.

Oh, I also needed to add something to an order, called - and the rep was amazing. She found a way to add what I needed to my recent order - the item was to suppose to be chosen at time of ordering and you couldn't buy it separate.
Try them, you will not be disappointed.
Advice - read the description more detailed than me. The small ornaments have a glossy finish and have a little more pop/color to them. The large ones with the matte finish have a softer look. Both of them turned out great, it just depends what type of finish you want or who you may be giving it to.

This ornament was the PERFECT way to capture that special time. The pictures very clear and crisp and the ornament itself was of great quality. This is a moment she'll treasure for life captured on an annual reminder as she hangs her ornaments on her own tree some day.
