Cute, but photo a little pixeled This ornament turned out really cute and will make a great gift for my son's grandparents. The overall layout turned out exactly as the preview on the website, but the picture quality was a little lower than I expected; it turned out looking a little dotted or pixeled. Overall, though, I think it's a good buy. I was also extremely impressed with the manufacturing and shipping time... it came in half the time I expected.

 Not the quality I am use toI buy one of these every year using a picture of something me and my husband have done during the year, this is from my son’s wedding. The ornament is nice but the picture is blurry this year and I am not as pleased with it as I have been in the past. I am unsure if this is something I did on my end, but the picture on my phone is not blurry. I am sad that the ornaments no longer come with complementary bag to prevent damage during storage. I bought 5 ornaments and didn’t want to spend extra money to purchase a bag for each one.

Overall quality- OK By Shopper  (Plain City, OH) - January 14, 2021 I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. It was a picture of their 65th wedding anniversary. The picture wasn’t as clear as some other ornaments I had ordered. It could have been because I had to zoom in for make their faces more prominent. My biggest complaint was that the picture was not level. The hole for the ribbon was off centered. I didn’t have time to have it replaced. I would not purchase this particular ornament again. I’ve had better ones created by this company.
So that is why I gave it 3 stars.

Ornament Friends The picture was darker than I thought I sent - It’s going to have to do because I need it for next Thursday to thank all my girlfriends for celebrating my birthday with me.

Love some of these By Shopper (Mount Holly, NC) - January 8, 2019 I love some of these ornaments, but 2 of them are so dark I can barely see my granddaughter even though the photo I sent is not dark. I’m not crazy about the part on the bottom where the names are. I would have liked the words to be on the picture and not hazy.

Nice final product I wish I could have used the picture I wanted but because of the strict pixel count and cropping inflexibility, it was impossible... Still a nice product though and we will buy again

Neat gift Loved this just have to watch which pictures you use. Some don't look right others the hole is through the hair of the photos

Not best quality By Shopper (Chandler, AZ) - December 28, 2016 I have purchased these ornaments every year for 8 years. This is the first year I thought the quality and photo crispness went down. I'm not sure I will buy next year. Go back to original ornaments.

It's ok The material is made well. The picture was not too neat-looks blurry. The original picture is not blurry at all. Overall it's an ok item.

Less impressive than in the past. I have several of the picture ornaments from over the years hanging on my tree, and they always get attention and raving remarks. I ordered this one as a gift for someone, and unfortunately, the quality did not meet that of the ones I have from previous years. The image quality is low, it is fuzzy/blurred, and it is hard to make out the faces. The picture i submitted was not this way. The image was crisp and clear. Also, the words on the personalization were small and blurry and very hard to read. The person I ordered this for is very special to me, and I was hoping that this ornament would/could be something that they could treasure for a lifetime. I was expecting a showstopping surprise for my loved one. What I received was something mediocre, at best. I am disappointed, to say the least. Unfortunately, I ordered two more before this one arrived. I hope that the quality isn't lacking on them as well.

Picture Ornament Both picture ornaments are very blurry. Before submitting the order everything was very clear and crisp. I have ordered several times through the years and this is the first year I was disappointed.

Head cut off I think it was my mistake because I chose the picture but they cut my sister in laws head because of the way of the design I didn't realize that but anything else I really liked it at the end.

Professional photo, blurry ornament By Shopper (Belmont, MA) - November 11, 2016 I was a bit disappointed in the quality of this ornament, meant to be given as a gift. The picture that was submitted for the ornament was a professional photo (excellent quality), but the ornament was blurry. On the other side of the ornament, the text was off center and again blurry. These ornaments will still go on our tree, just wish the photo wasn't blurry.

Okay quality The quality was okay with the image used. I used a very high quality professional photo from my photographer and the coloration of the image on the ornament was over saturated. :( The text could be bigger, but there wasn't much flexibility in that during editing. It shows up pretty tiny in real life.
I still like the ornament, but I was hoping for a little better quality overall. This is a two sided ornament and customizable on both sides which was nice since character space is super limited. I like that this is a ceramic photo ready ornament for a reasonable price. Still very pretty and a good token for a special event. I really liked the silver cords used to hang the ornament, the piece doesn't look cheap (with the exception of okay colorization) and it was very well packaged during shipping.

personalized ornament Product was shipped immeditely which was great. Every year I purchase a photo ornament and have always been pleased. This year the picture on the ornament came out a bit too dark. I reordered from another place with the same picture and it was fine so it wasn't my photo.

Font is small and difficult to read The quality of the photo is excellent, but the words are printed in a tight, italic font that is difficult to read. Even those with very good eyesight have to pick it up and hold it close to read it. As I compare the online preview to the actual item, it appears that the problem is that the font thickness on the item is too wide, making the letters look cramped together, and again, hard to read.

Too small for a family photo of 5 By Shopper (Danville, CA) - August 2, 2013 I had one made for my son and his girlfriend and it came out really nice. I had another made with our family photo with 5 people and it was really small. Only great for a couple or 3 people max in pic. Quality was good and it makes a great gift for a couple photo.

Poor coloring on picture By Shopper (Rudolph, WI) - January 3, 2013 When I received my ornament, I wasn't impressed with the coloring of the picture. I used a high resolution image, but it looked very poor on the ornament. I have ordered similar ornaments in past years without an issue, so I was a bit surprisd by the poor quality of the image on this one.

Photo ornaments By Shopper (Chapel HIll, NC) - December 20, 2012 The ornaments are nice but the pictures are a bit dark. It would be nice if the producer of the ornaments would adjust the light so that the ornaments look better. The lighting is difficult to judge from a monitor .

Too dark By Shopper (Pelham, NH) - December 9, 2012 The ornament is nice, but when the picture was transferred to the ornament, it came out too dark. The original photo itself wasn't particularly dark, so I am not sure why the ornament picture came through so dark. As you can see in the photo, the original picture I sent is quite clear.

Cute, but blurry. By Shopper (Conyers, GA) - December 31, 2011 Picture turned out some what blurry. It's said it was a great picture and looked clear on the preview but came back blurry. Hanging on the tree, you're not so close to notice. Would not be good as a decor item around the house though.

adding text looks cheesy wish I would have only used a photo and no text. By adding "merry Christmas 2011" I feel it took the ornament from classy to cheesy. Next year I will only do a photo.

don't choose sepia tone! By Shopper (tucson, AZ) - December 25, 2011 The ornament turned out great with the writing but I was disappointed in the picture quality! Online it showed my picture being a lot more clear and I suspect my choosing of sepia tone messed up mine a bit because when it came in the mail it looked like an oil painting and was not flattering to our faces in the picture. Just was not true to what I was shown online However my friend ordered the same ornament and did normal coloring and hers turned out great so just be careful using the sepia toning with this product!

Picture Ornament I love the idea of the picture ornaments and have bought one for the last 3 years for my boys. This was the first year I ordered them from here and I was disappointed in the picture quality. The rest of the ornament is great, but the pictures looked a lot clearer on the computer than on the actual ornament.

holiday 11 By Shopper (Ann Arbor, MI) - December 18, 2011 I love the ornament and it was shipped and received very fast. One problem though, the picture came out a litlle red when it was transferred. I was disappointed with that. I ordered 5 different pictures on various ornaments and it only happened to this particular one? Unfortunately I ordered 2 from the same picture. My other ornaments would have received five stars.
