Made My Christmas Extra Special In an age when practically all Christmas Ornaments are produced by some big name animation studio or brand name product, Personalization allowed me to create one of a kind ornaments that fill my tree with friends and family and pets who could not be with me on that special day. I was surrounded by such precious memories. I liked them so much I decided to send quite a few as gifts. It was something I could do easily and Personalization did the work I couldn't. Cute personalized ornament idea I have ordered several of these in the past and have always turned out so nice. This year I ordered one with a pic of my in-laws on it, for a Christmas gift. The picture was not clear at all,when I received it. Wasn't too happy. But they usually do turn out great! Wish the price would be a bit cheaper also.

Beautiful ornament and wonderful gift! I ordered 3 ornaments of the same type at the same time, love the ornament, the quality of it & the bag they came in. Only complaint is that only 1 of 3 came with the ribbon to hang it with so I had to get my own ribbon to tie on.

The website interface is very straight forward, updating a jpeg from my phone camera was easy, and they allow more characters than I need for personalization. It took about 2 weeks from submitting the order to receipt. They came all in one box, in a pretty velvet bag for each one and individual bubble wrap bags! No complaints!

They had just lost their 8 year old boy in a vehicle accident last year, 6 days before Christmas. Before he died he had written Santa a letter that said he was such a good boy that year that he should be the Angel on the Christmas tree. So, I decided to make an ornament for his family, so he could be on their tree. I mean, what kid asks Santa for that and then dies weeks later. That just says how special he was. Touching! Perfect They came out exactly how the preview was. The printing was very nice and clear. The text as well. Going to make this a yearly tradition with a new one of the kids each year. They are made out of porcelain like material though which makes me nervous for drops.

Ornament When my ornament came in the mail, it was extremely blurry. It was a professional photo so it shouldn't have been like that. I called customer service and they promptly created a new one. I received the non blurry ornament in the mail within a few days. It looked great and I was impressed with how quickly they handled my complaint.

2 sided Photo ornaments I ordered one ornament first just to make sure I would like it. Since that purchase I have ordered at least five additional ornaments. The ornaments are a nice size, great quality, thicker and heavier than I had expected and arrived promptly. The picture is exactly as I created it... clear, simple and a lasting memory. I would have no problem ordering this product again! The ribbon is packaged in its own little wrapper to pull it through the ornament for a nice "pressed look" presentation rather than a wrinkled ribbon. Great gift idea!
