Great quality! I was excited to see the quality of these stocking holders. Just as pictured, they are super shiny, & fairly heavy. Personalization was exactly as requested. I requested our names be in all caps as a couple people had commented they wished the font was larger. Can't wait to display them next Christmas!!
I had one holder that had a small dent on the side. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a picture of the problem, via email. I did so and within minutes I received a response that they would be remaking the item for me. Super satisfied with my experience!!
