My first order was very disappointing- The etched design was off-center to begin with, not to mention it was shifted mid-etch so the vertical part of the cross was not a straight line! The hole in the top was not centered, and it was missing the window suction cup w/ hook! After contacting PM, they replaced my order, but did not expedite it. The replacement piece was MUCH better, looked just like the preview I had approved plus included the suction cup w/hook. I am VERY glad I did not ship the gift directly to the recipient, but am happy with the replacement and customer service.
