Came defective but was replaced

This bag is pretty. But it came with the lines very very not straight and I had to contact customer service to have it replaced. I had ordered it for teacher appreciation week, so it was frustrating to not have it in time (I had to wait for the replacement). All said, I liked the bag a lot but was disappointed in the quality control. Anyone who cared would have noticed it wasn't remotely straight.

I ordered this bag for my daughter's teacher. The first bag came with a huge pull in the front. I called PM and they said they needed pictures. Right away they expressed me another one. That one also had a defect, but it wasn't as noticeable. It was okay to give as a gift because it was on the bottom of the bag. Do not purchase this bag. The material it's made from is cheap and it will come with some sort of pull.
