Customer service I ordered an item for a retirement party with a short lead time. It arrived in plenty of time but wasn't exactly correct. I called customer service and I could not believe how simply and quickly they shipped me a new one in plenty of time before my event. Excellent excellent customer service!

We liked the compass idea as a guidepost for their new knowledge. This item is stunning in-person! We are very pleased with our purchase. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I needed to get very creative with the personalization. I only wanted one sentence, but the fields within the personalization piece insisted I have 3. So, I ended up with extra text that I didn't necessarily want to use. It would be great if Personalization Mall could make the fields optional to allow for more flexibility in the personalization.
