The kids love them as do their parents. I have had no problems with getting the towel orders processed exactly to my specifications.
I hate to admit it, but I have had issues with some personalized orders. With a telephone call to your company I have acquired the corrected gifts in a timely manner, never having to pay additional costs and never having to worry about returning the incorrect item (I was able to share with relatives/friends). I have always received great assistance from the company's personnel.
