Unfortunately, the packaging wasn't up to liking. I've ordered the embroidered jumbo elephant before and it came in a box, nicely packed. This recent purchase, it came in a bag and was squeezed into the bag, causing the elephants ears to be out of shape. I'd still purchase again, but hope the packaging gets reviewed and is changed for the better. Thank you for always producing great products.

Most adorable presents ever! I ordered two of these adorable sweeties, one pink and one blue for my twin grandbabies. When I opened the box I absolutely squealed!!! The elephants are much bigger than I thought (even though they tell you approximately how tall they are) but seeing them in person just took my breath away!!! Plush, adorable, each one has it's own personality and the embroidery on both is done to perfection. Can't wait for my son and daughter-in-love to open them this Christmas! Such a joy to have!!!

Love this Product I bought this item for a friend's baby shower. It arrived within a few short days and was THE PERFECT item. I never looked at the dimensions, but it was larger than expected and that's one of my favorite things about it! It is so, so soft and very well made. I received several comments and the mommy-to-be made everyone aware that it was her favorite gift.

Perfect! This was a great gift for a friend's first child. It's a lot larger than I imagined but that made the price even more worth it. And it's not too soft and not too hard. Perfect for when the baby gets older and probably will end up dragging it around everywhere.

Perfect Shower Gift Of course my niece cried when she saw it, because she had never seen the whole babies name written before. She loved it.
The letters were n a beautiful script, the elephant was cute as could b & very soft to the touch.

Hurricane Proof Excellent service..my 3 yr old grandson lost his little blue elepahant in a fire and I wanted to send him a new "friend"..because of hurricane Matthew. The family had to evacuate..when they returned home..Mr Elephant was waiting for them. It was delivered as promised..even through a hurricane!! He was.totally surprised .a very happy ending after a terrible 3 weeks! Thank you is not enough!

Love this gift! This was the first stuffed animal I ordered from your company and although I did not take it out of the plastic wrap, it appeared to be of decent quality and a fluffy stuffed elephant. Since I had to mail this, I thought it would be easier to leave clear wrap on it just so the recipient had a full view when opening. I was glad that I could at least see the monogram information and it was clearly placed on animal's ear. Looked great and would order again. The pink was a nice pastel color, too.

Elephant I got this elephant for my nephew who isn't born yet, but his theme is elephants and I was in love with this. It looks small in the picture but it is actually very good size. The stitching I got shows up perfect and it's soft and squishy. I love it and can't wait till he can grow up and see what it is!

Embroidered Jumbo Plush Blue Elephant This elephant is a birthday gift for my Great Grandaughter Tegan, whose name is embroidered on the elephants ear. The gift is for her 1st, birthday, and I am sure that she will enjoy it. It is very much bigger and prettier than I would have expected. I most certainly will order from this company in the future. LOVE IT!!!!! Each time one of my friends or relatives has a baby, I order one of these Elephants. The parents absolutely love it when they receive it. They are truly adorable. The ONLY thing I wish you could do is also allow print on the other ear, as there is no room to add a last name or anything else. If you can do one ear, why not the other? I think many people would really like that option. None the less, I just love giving these as gifts and people that receive them, find them adorable and unique, as do I!
