Withholding the fifth star to see how durable it is down the road. I've never had a bamboo cutting board before so have no idea how it will hold up.

Cutting Board Nice gift for a friend. Everything was as advertised. Wished there was a way to darken the lettering a little more, but over all very pleased with this product. This is the 2nd item I have ordered from Personalization Mall and I have been very happy with the quality and the quick shipment both times. I will definitely keep ordering from PMall.

However, I wish the writing/engraving was a little bigger. Maybe if I purchased the smaller one it would've been better proportioned. I guess I just wish the writing took up more space on the bigger board.

The only thing I wasnt happy about is the fact that it's a cutting board and the letter grooves are SO deep, there's no way to keep food out of those holes or clean in them well. A fix would be great and also some font options. I love the. Board for the price though!!

Cutting Board appears to be made well I wish the lettering in the board stood out a little more. Have not given it as a gift yet so we haven't used the product.

nice overall with 1 problem the board is good quality and the "personalization" is fine. however, the specific board I got has a vivid bright stripe from left to right in the middle of the board which disturbs and shadows the engraving, making it less visible and less understandable.

Exactly what I was looking for Been looking for a personalized cutting board for a display piece for my husband for a few years now. When I finally found this one if was exactly what I've been looking for. There are a few areas where I thought the engraving could have been a little darker (not enough to have them re-do it in my opinion) but overall I am very satisfied. We will be using as a display piece but back is just fine for use as a cutting board. He loved it too!

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one a couple of the letters, there was a little too much "scroll" font so at first glance, it looked like a different letter (in the word "Grill", the "g" looks like a 6 and the "r" looks like an A.

Great Gift By Shopper (Glendale, CA) - July 1, 2016 I'm glad I got this as a gift for a friend who is a master BBQ smoker. The board itself is a nice quality and it came nicely packed. I was just a little disappointed, however, that the lettering wasn't as dark as in the picture. They could have used a heavier hand in the appearance of "branding."

Gift recipient loves it - and that says a lot! The title says it all, really. He loved the look, the weight, the size, the hold areas on the sides... he couldn't say enough positive things about it. As for me, the purchaser, I was happy with the quick turn-around time and price.

Nice board, small writing I bought this cutting board for my dad for Father’s Day and was disappointed. The photos make it look like the font in the middle is a good size, but when I got the board the font was the size of my fingernail and looked too little on the larger size board. I contacted the company and they said there wasn’t nothing they could do. Strong board and very nice but I wish the font would have looked more like the photo on the website.

Unhappy with Quality One use from the board and it already has marks from knife use. Obviously this isn't made to withstand good knives.

I was a little disappointing upon opening. The picture makes it look like a deeper engraving/darker colors. In person, the engraving is light and less pronounced. I wish the engraving was darker but, it still looks nice.

Just ok Looks sturdy, nice finish, lettering started out bold but the carvings got shallower and less noticeable with every line of text. The last line is not very noticeable.

Almost perfect By Shopper (Poinciana, FL) - December 20, 2016 I bought this gift for an older family member. The bottom line on this gift is extremely hard to see. With it being wood, it has multiple colors, the etching is difficult to read, as well the text is small. When showing my inlaws they had to put on their glasses, and even then it was difficult for them to read. It's almost perfect except for that.

ILLEGIBLE The idea is very nice as shown on the website; however, the letters are too light on the top portion, and too small on the bottom portion of the message, letters are virtually illegible in the area next to the pig/cow. I had to pay someone to professionally highlight this portion and it is still hardly visible. This was a gift and the person was unable to read the bottom part of the inscription.

can not see much of engraving on wood. Very disappointed, the engraving on the wood is so light. Very small print impossible to read.

Unsatisfied I ordered this as a present for my in laws. When the cutting board arrived it did not look like the picture. In the picture the engraved part is a darker color so you can see the writing. The actual product is not darkened at all. You have look closely to see what it says. You won’t be able to tell what it says if it’s just sitting out on the counter. Not happy.

Inconsistent Printing By Shopper (Riverdale, NJ) - December 10, 2016 I've ordered these in the past and they were fine. This time I ordered 7 at once and only two came out well. The others had very light printing...you can't really see some of the printing unless you tilt it just right. Customer service said that the wood grain has variations, but it doesn't really vary too much in the small area of printing so i'm chalking it up to a job that may have been rushed a bit. Cool gift, but be aware of the inconsistency in the printing.
