These look amazing on line, with engraving very legible; however, engraving on these key chains (I ordered 2) is so small and shallow that they can hardly be read; had to use a magnifying glass for one of them! This site came highly recommended so I was excited about their products; will have to think long & hard before ordering again.

The item itself was very good quality, but the writing had to be so small to fit and so was extremely difficult to read. I opted NOT to give it as a gift (kept the chain and tossed the charm).

I was impressed at how fast this shipped to me but honestly the imprint on this keychain just blends in and makes it very hard to read. It would be better to order somewhere that the wording might be deeper imprinted or in a different color.

This was the 3rd order I placed for this item. I was not too very happy with this one. It looked to me different from the other 2 I ordered. It was very hard to read the sayings on the tag. Also it looked like scratches on it. The tag was not smooth. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Not what I had hoped

This item came packaged very nice in a felt type bag. The item was all scratched up from rubbing from the key ring on the item itself. I guess I never realized what it is made of but the words are a little hard to read and the material is cheap. I am blaming myself for not questioning the cheap price on it. I am sure if I found something on your website that was more expensive it would be of better quality. I did not gift this as I had anticipated, just threw it in a drawer and will look for something a little better.... I got exactly what I ordered and paid extra to get it quicker, just thought I would share that if you are looking for something of a little better quality it will definitely be more expensive...

I ordered 2 personalized key chains and the "engraving" was worn off within a year. VERY disappointed in this product. PM said it was because the writing was laser and not physically engraved - they did offer to redo but what's the point when it will just wear off again??

Can't see wording!!

w/o knowing what it said or w/o a magnifying glass, u can't read it! It arrived at my nephews house cause his Dad passed away. I felt very bad. The preview order pic. is wonderful though!!

I gave this keychain as a Christmas gift and within weeks the engraving was completly worn off. I was very disappointed, as this was in remembrance of his young grandsons passing.
