 DisappointedPurchased as a gift and was very disappointed. The printing didn't show up well and just wasn't the quality of things I had ordered before. I really considered sending it back, but due to time limits I didn't really have a choice. I kind of felt like I needed to apologize when I gave it to him.

Fair quality but not very durable By Shopper  (Castle Rock, CO) - May 30, 2017 As a product it really isn't terrible. But for my purposes to make it a necklace it was really heavy for what I had wished. It scratches or dents very easily so I was unable to give this as a gift. It also has a feature that isn't shown well in the photos but near the key ring the keychain has a small lift to it.

Disappointed Lettering looked great but the finish ( Florentine) appears to look cheap! Dull and hard to see lettering..

Very small engraving By Shopper (Commerce City, CO) - September 11, 2016 I wasn't so happy with this one. The engraving was very small. There is plenty space for a larger font. I don't know why they made it so tiny.

Can't Read What It Say's By Shopper (Elgin, IL) - April 29, 2016 I love the keychain however the writing is so faint you can't read it. The picture doesn't even come close to what I received. Really disappointed. I have read other reviews and it seems this is an ongoing problem that should be addressed.

Dog tag Dog tag is barely readable... the tag has to be angled to see what it says. And arrived with scratches on it from the key ring rubbing on it in the bag during shipping. As other people have said not quality, don't waste your money.

Not worth the money We purchased 2 of the key chains and the inscription was worn off within months. When I contacted PM, they said it's laser engraved and there were no other options for engraving. Sad...because they're really great gifts

Etching wears away I purchased this for my husband a year ago for father's day. Today, you can not see a single letter. It would make a great trophy... but do not use it for it's actual intended purpose!

Very Disappointed By Shopper (Maumee, OH) - May 31, 2016 the quality of this item is not very good. The chain has sharp edges and the printing is very hard to read. I had expected the engraving to have some ridges like most engraving I have purchased in the past and this has nothing.

disappointed By Shopper (RISING SUN, MD) - December 27, 2015 The tag quality is nice but the personalization was terrible and could not be read- when there was plenty of room to write what i requested why was the print so small you need a magnifying glass to read it! Perhaps because the tag has a brushed metal look it is why the writing does not show up but the combination was not good!

The personalized lettering is so light that it is NOT readable. I am very disappointed with this product.

Very disappointed By Shopper (Delray Beach, FL) - October 8, 2015 I purchased two key chains with engraving. Not even 5 months later you cannot read anything that was written, it's seems to have worn off. Now the two recipients only have blank dog tags!
