Amazing I ordered six items on the 29th of November and it was shipped to the Dallas Fort Worth area on December 2nd. My shipment was lost and I put a tracker on the lost shipment through UPS. I called personalizationmall.com and told them what had happened on December 20th a Sunday. I just received my replacement order within two days. AMAZING!!!! Thank you!!

Mugs By Shopper (Seminole, FL) - December 27, 2015 Nice mugs but wish the lettering was placed on both sides of it. Also wish there was more colors to choose from, lighter/brighter pastels. Accidentally missed the first step of ordering the size of mug and ordered the 15 oz when wanted the 11 oz so will reorder at a later point in time.

Monogram The monogram was nice, but I thought it should have been on both sides of the cup so it can be for both left and right handed people.

 Not the same color as advertised on websiteBy Shopper (saint petersburg, FL) - December 6, 2015 I liked the pink one but the purple one looks like dark maroon and is nothing like the picture..I called and the girl said I had to send a picture..I do not have a camera to take a picture and as I am disabled do not get out much, so I guess I will be stuck with it..these 2 were gifts....
