Overall Very pleased... Ordered bamboo Circle of Love cutting board. Had it personalized for my daughter and her husband as a gift. Paid extra for shipping so it would get there in two days. It was delivered within the two days, and my daughter and son-in-law said, "It is beautiful!"

When I first received the cutting board a week and a half before the wedding, I was extremely disappointed to find that there was an imperfection where it must've been dropped during production. I contacted their support team and it was handled immediately. They quickly sent me a new cutting board with no additional fees or costs and it was perfect!!
