Personalized Pet Flag The picture of the Pet I sent in is very clear and the fabric is of such high quality that you cannot see through since the image is printed on both sides. I would definitely recommend this product.

 Slightly dissatisified Although we received the flag of our design and the quality truly exceeded our expectations, the placement of the top line of the verbiage encroached into the mounting fold of the flag. Other than that it's of great material and applique.

Personalized "Glamping" Flag It was easy for me to create and upload an image for this flag. I included some graphics that I took from Google images, and they looked adorable in the document I created which I converted to jpg and uploaded. Unfortunately, they became a little fuzzy in the final print - probably due to enlargement. Otherwise, it was just what I wanted. For future items, my suggestion would be to offer a choice of background color. Design Your Own items all come on an off-white background.

 Garden FlagHappy to have my personalized flag, the only area I can see for improvement would be the template you use after uploading personal image. It is rather difficult to maneuver so although my flag looked like it was centered, it was hard to tell. So my flag turned out a little short on the bottom and a little off center. It looked correct on the screen used to place it but it didn't come out as nice as I would have liked. I understood the agreement that it would come out exactly as I placed it on the template, though. Just the template was difficult to see clearly once my image was placed on it. The buttons used to move it around were a little awkward as well. But thank you for your service.

Perfect! I created this flag simply from clipart I found on Google and Personalization Mall's text tools. It came exactly as I had designed it and it arrived just a few days later. I am more than pleased and will be creating and ordering another in the near future.

The flag is great! I am very happy with my personalized garden flag. Although a little flimsier than I expected it really looks good. I am hoping it's lasts. The picture, which was my own, turned out very nice and clear and the lettering was also very clear. Other than my being worried about how long it will last, I am very happy with it and I am happy to have given it a try. I've had it outside in big winds and storms and so far so good. I would order another one.

Good print quality but overall QA needs improvement By Shopper (Columbia, MD) - June 16, 2016 I ordered 2 of these. I was impressed by the price point and the ability for me to customize my flags. The print quality turned out to be very good. But the overall quality assurance needs improvement.
As shown on the attached picture, the top of the flag was slanted. That would be unsightly for the garden flag. And the graphic was not centered, rather the it was printed on the right seam line. That is not how I had designed it. In the designer, the graphics were centered on the flag with room to spare on both sides. It should have been within the seam lines on both sides.

 Not quality checked! Received my flag, half of the image (the text I put in) on it was missing and cut off. I had to send a picture to show that it was done wrong and they replied with refunding my money saying I had to remake it myself. First because the image did not upload correctly then it was because it was my personal image and they couldn't because I was the rightful owner. I haven't decided if I will re-order it or not. I'm not impressed with their customer service.

Lake theme garden flag I wanted a custom garden flag of a family beach property for summer display. My custom photo painting design was rendered exactly as I intended and two copies are now showing at the lake and a family grave site as a memorial to my dad who built and maintained the lake cottage for decades. I'm delighted with how accurately it was reproduced.

Fades in sunlight The flag does not hold its original color indirect sunlight it fades drastically. We are very disappointed we did not even get one season out of personalized flag. The flag in photo was one of two we ordered. Originally it was black and grey with white monogram. Now it appears olive green and pink hanging at the entrance of our driveway. Very disappointed.

Book Club Meeting Lawn Flag I was please to find a site where I could create a personalized lawn flag for my neighborhood book club. The flag will rotate monthly and be posted by Club meeting hosts. It was an easy and fun project for me and the Club ladies love the result.

Worst print quality ever By Shopper (St. Augustine, FL) - September 24, 2016 Major caution when designing. They will not only not warn you if the image will potentially be blurry but they will not replace if you are unhappy.
