A perfect Christmas Gift By Shopper  (York, PA) - January 1, 2018 We lost our cherished last dog only days before Christmas and I asked for a garden flag for our front lawn from PersonalizationMall.com. We lost another dog only a couple months before this one and so both dogs are shown on this one flag which will hold their memory for a long time for us.

Personalized garden flag The flags came out great with our own artwork downloaded and names for our club members. The white flag was more grey looking, but over all we are happy.

Design Your Own Flag I loved picking out my colors for my flag. I also attached a picture of a pumpkin that I took. It looked great. The only reason I only gave the rating a 4 was that I felt the flag material was not heavy and therefore I sewed two weights into the corners of the flag.

Very nice I have ordered six flags for myself and friends, and have been happy with all of them. The first flags I ordered I could put my image on the whole flag. I would have given this 5 stars, but the last one I ordered I had to put in a border. I like them better without having a border so that my image covers the whole flag. Also had a hard time choosing a border to compliment the image.

Personalized Garden Flag I put my husband's business logo on this flag and put it in a pot outside his office door. Flag stand is great (purchased with the flag). The flag background itself is not a BRIGHT white-more of a grayish white. I would love it if it had weights or a bar along the bottom. Am working on sewing that myself. It blows very easily. Glad to have it and it turned out very nice with good quality.

Creating my flag was easy I love the flag I created. It was simple and easy to do. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the lettering fades. This is my second flag with the same message and I ordered two knowing it will fade away.

disappointed I think the design area is too small I really couldn't see the whole design fully. It is so hard to tell the alignments and true color of the items. The picture is one of 2 flags I personalized. I know it's my own fault and I know that once submitted it's final, just wished I could have gotten a larger view of the product before submitting.

DYO Garden Flag I was looking for a custom made flag to fly from my kayak. The goal was to attach to a vertical standard. The description indicates both sides will print the same. I should have talked to customer service before ordering. If attaching to a vertical post one side is upside down. Otherwise this is a nice product.

The flag is great! I am very happy with my personalized garden flag. Although a little flimsier than I expected it really looks good. I am hoping it's lasts. The picture, which was my own, turned out very nice and clear and the lettering was also very clear. Other than my being worried about how long it will last, I am very happy with it and I am happy to have given it a try. I've had it outside in big winds and storms and so far so good. I would order another one.

Great design but fabric choice ? I love the design and looks of my new flag. I just didn;t expect an item that was made to go outside in the elements to be made out of a satin type material. I expected something more waterproof. I scotch guarded the heck out of it so hopefully it will last a bit but I think there needs to be a new fabric choice for something made to go out in the garden!

Birthday gift The only think I can say negative is that the sign was smaller and thinner than I expected but everything else was excellent. It looked exactly like I designed it. The production and shipment time was right on. I will definitely use personalization mall.com again.

Color was deceiving I was hoping that he color of the yellow was more of the neon color but when it came it was more mustard or golden in color. I was wanting for visibility purposes. It will still function for what I need just he color is not quite accurate as the web page declares.

Personalized Garden Flag Overall I am pleased with the flag. The design I submitted was printed beautifully. I am not familar with the type of materials used and submitted a comment that the flag will be outdoors all year round. The material used has soft porous feel so I am curious to see how it will hold up with rain and snow. Also, there are some parts of the flag where the material appears "snagged". After pulling and stretching the flag it became less visible. it is beautiful & worth the money.

This item is created as a banner image is reversed on the opposite side. I called to see if the items image could be printed non-reversed (like a USA flag). Good print quality but overall QA needs improvement By Shopper (Columbia, MD) - June 16, 2016 I ordered 2 of these. I was impressed by the price point and the ability for me to customize my flags. The print quality turned out to be very good. But the overall quality assurance needs improvement.
As shown on the attached picture, the top of the flag was slanted. That would be unsightly for the garden flag. And the graphic was not centered, rather the it was printed on the right seam line. That is not how I had designed it. In the designer, the graphics were centered on the flag with room to spare on both sides. It should have been within the seam lines on both sides.

Garden Flag Happy to have my personalized flag, the only area I can see for improvement would be the template you use after uploading personal image. It is rather difficult to maneuver so although my flag looked like it was centered, it was hard to tell. So my flag turned out a little short on the bottom and a little off center. It looked correct on the screen used to place it but it didn't come out as nice as I would have liked. I understood the agreement that it would come out exactly as I placed it on the template, though. Just the template was difficult to see clearly once my image was placed on it. The buttons used to move it around were a little awkward as well. But thank you for your service.

Garden flag of my mermaid painting By Shopper (Coconut Creek, FL) - November 29, 2015 The colors of my painting got distorted; too much red! Maybe the unnecessary adjustments made by your team kind of destroyed the color information and it came a little too strong! I printed the same file at home, without adding layers and the picture came exactly like it should be. Also I regret not filling the space after the doted area because I did not want any white border on my printed flag.
The resolution of the file I provided to your company wasn't low.

Check your spelling! By Shopper (Gainesville, FL) - November 16, 2015 I ordered 2 of the Design your own flags and was very pleased with the product. Easy to design and customize and the result is excellent. However, on the second flag I misspelled a word and missed it. There is no spell check, so be careful! Also, the quality of the picture, given the size of the flag, needs to have high resolution.It would be nice if you could edit your design even after you approve it, in case you want to change something without having to start over.

personalized garden flag My image came out blurry and a little distorted. I do not recommend this if personalization mall does not look at finished item and send an email that the image is blurry. very disappointing. Usually PM is great.

Disappointed I ordered a flag to add to our Jazz Fest pole. As the design came out great, there was an issue. The design was upside down on the opposite side. Very sad.

Quality Issue By Shopper (Walland, TN) - December 16, 2016 My positive comment is that the picture came out very clean and crisp - I was very happy with that. The negative was that the first flag I received was not neatly sewn. The sides were wavy and it had a white strip across the top that was unexpected and crooked. I contacted the company and they said they would send me out a new flag. True to their word they did - and very timely too (another positive). The second flag was more neatly sewn with no wavy edges on the sides but the white strip that was on the top was now on the bottom and again uneven. I asked for and have received a refund which was processed very timely - thank you for that. I would give their customer service a 4 or 5 but the flag finished quality a 1.

Personalized Garden Flag Thought it be a good idea to copy the family coat of arms to a Garden Flag. Turned out OK for the most part. Except, the 2 text lings on bottom showed up cut off, with one line on top. Did not have enough time to get corrected. wish I did.
