I am disappointed in the quality of the printing on the customization. I have been a customer for many years and love your products and promote this website all the time, but this product was disappointing. The print is actually "fuzzy" looking and not a sharp black print on the white background. It almost looks like the ink "bled" on the white background (paper) which it is printed on and then applied to the wooden frame. Unfortunately I tried to upload a picture, but this website would not upload my .jpg picture for some reason.

Had to have frame re-done twice

When adding personalized content, be sure to not put content close to the edges or near the center picture insert.
I had to have my frame re-done 2 times because my personalized texts were cut off by the center picture insert.
After they fixed it the second time, it was perfect and just like my creation preview!

No glass cover for the photo

It was fun to design my own frame and the product overall is okay. HOWEVER, be forewarned that there is no glass cover for the photo. So when you insert your photo, it will be exposed rather than protected by glass like with other photo frames. I wish the product description had been clear about that because I would not have ordered this had I known.

Spot (as shown) on frame front left arrived discounted/smeared, as thought an attempt was made to paint over a mistake of some kind.

poor quality

Poor quality. Frame had areas where paint was off and corner peeling. Plexiglass had a frosted tint, so picture does not show clearly. Does not stand upright because the arm of the picture frame is too loose.

totally disappointed

totally misconceiving as to how this product looked before purchase. i ordered the frame with the pic to be printed and put in it...but could not remove the box over the pic so it would print out fully and when i received it, it came like that. cannot believe i wasted $30 on that and had it shipped to a friend. how embarrassing and whoever put it together should have had common sense to make it right. what a joke! i will never order from here again.
