 Love this rug!I purchased this rug for a friend's wedding and it is exactly what I wanted. I love the personalization and the quality is great. I didn't get the rubber mat to go with it, and I'm glad I didn't, as the rug quality is great on its own. Shipping was also fast. This will probably be my new go to gift!

Love it! I love my doormat! I had ordered 2 doormats before & they all are great. Good quality & look nice. The color listed as taupe & it was more of a grey but still looks good.

Adorably personal After seeking for some time a personalizable door mat, I found this product and love the quality and color scheme. Fits perfectly in the rubber frame (sold separately) and looks great at our front door.

Love it The mat met and exceeded my expectations. I'm ab so lute ly pleased with it. One thing...there should be a way to keep the insert in the rubber back. Heavy wind will blow it out.

Doormat At first we were very disappointed with the product because we had been sent the one advertised on the Website, name and logo. To make things worse, it was a gift for a bridal shower in a few days. I immediately called customer service and they apologized and sent out the right one immediately and told us to keep the wrong doormat. Now adding up the excellent customer service and the quality of the corrected product they desire and excellent rating.

Cute and great customer service The item is exactly how it looks when you preview online. I ordered the rubber mat as well which I think makes it much sturdier. Shipping was extremely quick. My original order had a dark green spot on the mat which wasn't supposed to be there. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the imperfection. They immediately sent me a new mat with no hassle.

But as soon as I called them to inquire, they admitted the oversight and express mailed it to me within 2 days. The mat without the rubber backing looks a little cheap, so spend the extra few dollars and get both. The rubber back is solid quality so seems that it will last a long time.

Love It! I've been looking for a greeting mat for years now and couldn't find one that embodies my husband and I - until now! Excellent Gift! The quality of this doormat is exceptional. I loved giving this as a gift to my parents, who absolutely loved it! The only thing I wished for this product is that the color red was a little darker/deeper. Overall, loved it!

our first door mat. To let everyone know we live there. It is a great mat we just wish we had gotten it with the trim. Other than that we are very happy with it.

Its like if you don’t spend the additional $22 for the rubber mat that goes around it, its more like a picture you would frame not a rug you place infront of your door.

Faded Quickly I loved this doormat when I first got it! However, after being on the porch for only 6 months (and not always in direct sunlight) the taupe color has faded to a pinkish color. The quality of the mat has held up but I'm disappointed that my taupe doormat is now pink.

Bad color and packaging I ordered this as a wedding gift, the color said taupe, but when I received it the color was purple and the back was cracked since they rolled it to put it in the box. I let the company know and they sent me a new one, but it was still purple and they again rolled it into a box, nothing was different than the first one. Needless to say I gave up and just bought a different wedding gift.
