Appreciation gift I purchased 2 of these as a special farewell departing gift. The members of my team loved it and the encouraging words gave it a special touch needed for the occasion. I think the back piece could be angled to make it easier to read when standing and the block is on a desk/table. A stand could possibly be purchased to achieve an angle, but these are meant to be used without a stand.

great retirement gift I ordered 2 of this block for 2 colleagues that retired. Everyone love it including the retirees, but it's the actual size don't expect it to be bigger than that. This is why I gave it a 4 star too b/c I thought it would a little big bigger.
The 4 middle blocks can't change, which we didn't mind because we like the wordings.
I would definitely order it again.

Great Retirement Gift We have been looking for gifts for our team members that retire. This was a perfect gift. Has room for all the wording we wanted on it. The only thing I didn't care for was the gift box that it arrived in was bubble wrap, tissue paper and a cardboard gift box. The block itself was perfect. So much better than I anticipated We had an employee who gave us 2 week notice that she was retiring after 20 years of service with us. We had to scramble fast to get something.
