Nice Product I bought this item as a keepsake for someone who was retiring. It is looks great and you can fit a lot of information on it. The only thing I did not like was that the exclamation on my writing looked like an “l” instead of “!”. Overall really nice.

The ability to review a picture of the item with your personalized info before you buy is valuable - but being able to see it WHILE you personalize would be better...not so much back and forth to ensure the lines all read correctly. And a spell check function would be awesome when you're tired and trying to order in a hurry at the end of a long work day.

So much better than I anticipated We had an employee who gave us 2 week notice that she was retiring after 20 years of service with us. We had to scramble fast to get something. The keepsake block was ready and to us within a few short days and was absolutely amazing. I honestly wasn't expecting such top quality....but that is what we got!
