 Looks good at a glanceIt looks good at a glance but I was a little disappointed in the quality build of it. It felt a little Tinny to me. It does what I want it to do and it looks good, but in the hand it was a little cheap. That being said the price was good, for what it is

Very nice business card case Very nice business card case. I love the interior of the case and the engraving is beautiful. The chrome is beautiful but, it takes on fingerprints and smudges so I carry a microfiber cloth to keep it polished. I gave one to a work colleague and he loved it.

 Difficult to openThis business card case is extremely difficult to open and pretty much useless for someone wanting to quickly hand out a business card. What a waste of $$.

Almost impossible to open case I've ordered from PM before and never had a problem with other items but very disappointed with this one.. the case clamps so tight that it's impossible to open it without a lever of some sort.. called customer service and they typically don't accept returns on personalized items (understandable) but offered a one time courtesy store credit without shipping refund.. in that case it's pretty much a case of chance if you receive a good product or not :(
