Quilted Tote I ordered and received 5 bags as gifts for Bridal party. The tote is a perfect size and not overwhelming.
One bag had an issue with the quilting coming undone. I contacted Customer Service and the bag was replaced immediately. Very Happy with this purchase.

I also ordered the small cosmetic bag to go along..for shower gift. Placed a gift card inside cosmetic bag...all in all..lovely . I used bright pink thread in both. I think the zipper could have been of a better quality but not too bad.

Excellent Purchase I struggle each year on what to get my staff for Christmas within a certain budget. I made an excellent choice by purchasing 17 shoulder bags (on sale) from Personalization Mall. I was amazed at how fast they were delivered to my door, just over a week later. The quality of the bags and embroidery exceeded my expectations. Love it! Use this to carry my 15 inch laptop. Sturdy with strong handles. Only 2 little things I would add to the bag: longer handles to wear more easily on my shoulder and an outside pocket. But I really do enjoy this product!

Really cute, but zipper gets caught in lining when bag is empty By Shopper (Wilkesboro, NC) - January 5, 2021 The bag is of good quality, embroidered letters look great. However the lining gets caught in the zipper when opening or closing unless something is in the bag to pull the lining down.

Impressed I love the look and the quality. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations. It is spacious, the construction is sturdy, the personalization is great! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the odd, almost chemical smell of the interior.

Pleasantly surprised.... This travel tote is just the right size. It has extra room for your additional traveling items..ie magazines, bible,documents,goodies etc.etc. It is sturdy & well constructed. Lovely embroidery. I have bought 4 for gifts.

Great product This is a great product. I ordered 8 bags to give as gifts to support teachers in my classroom. They all loved them! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the description and picture is a little deceiving. They are not a super sturdy bag and don't have a fixed bottom. Regardless they make a great tote bag.
