 Great cup, but faulty lid.I was extremely happy with the way my cup came out. However, my issue was with the lid. It was broken when I received it in the mail. It was a Valentine's gift for my wife and we had to wait another week after Valentine's Day until we received the replacement lid. That is when she was able to finally use and enjoy the cup. We did get a free replacement lid, but I was hoping for some kind of discount or refund for the trouble of having to get another lid and having to wait to use the cup.

*It was much more expensive than any others I’ve seen, however, it was worth the money! The mug itself wasn’t too bad, but with the shipping, it was much more than I planned on spending.

Personalized Excellence I bought this product for my daughter who was having a hard time with her daughter. Being able to personalize this travel mug with all the reasons she is a great Mom was PRICELESS!

Cups for in-laws They seem nice. I ordered for in-laws so not sure how they work. The pictures are a bit pixalated witch bugs me i used overdraw we had taken by a perfesional so high quality ski i expected a bit better. But in all not a bad buy

However there was spelling that I wasn't aware of when putting what I wanted in it. The first line is possessive so be careful on what you add on it. They were going to give me 50 percent off but I already paid for this one. Hoping the person I got it for doesn't see it!

Make sure on the first it's possessive and makes sense. The 's automatically adds it. But overall it turned out overall cute. I'm hoping my secrete santa doesn't see it!
