Great travel mug I ordered this mug for someone for the holidays. When the mug arrived i was thrilled with the quality of the photos on it. They were clear and the polish was smooth and shiny. Very happy with the quality of the personalized photos. The mug itself does its job well. The person i purchased it for uses it for tea. The mug keeps temperature and does not leak!!! Great Family gifts I purchased these cups by request from my family. I started the tradition of giving these photo travel mugs a few years ago. Not knowing the popularity of the item with my family decided not to do it last year. Wel when this gift was not received I was asked about it. So this year I am back to continue giving these. Nice product but blue is not blue By Shopper (Corfu, NY) - December 22, 2021 The coffee mug is nice. The pictures were printed in OK quality, not the greatest but what really bothered me is I specified for the writing to be blue and it came in purple. I would suggest choosing a different color!

A bit shiny! By Shopper (Manitou Springs, CO) - March 11, 2021 The cup is just what I thought it would be - handle, lid, thermal, travel friendly! However, the photo came out a bit too shiny and the text in the text bubble a bit too small. Meh. I doubt recipient will notice or care.

Great gift, but mine leaks By Shopper (Napa, CA) - February 5, 2021 So the mug is beautiful, quality of pictures is osum, I love the handle it’s hard to find mugs with this handle.
But.... the rubber gasket on the lid has a defect in it, & it leaks. I’m hoping they’ll send me a new lid, but I haven’t pursued that yet. Also would be good if they came in other colors other than white, and would be nice if there were other fonts to choose from. Overall very happy, but there’s slight room for improvement.
