Christmas Joy I purchased these in behalf of my 3 year old Great Grandson as gifts for his Mother, Grandmother and my wife, his Great Grandmother. I purchased one for each. Hopefully they will love the pictures of him that have already brought joy to the family.

To-Go Mug for Trip Around the World w/ Price is Right By Shopper (Salt Lake City, UT) - September 18, 2017 I ordered two of these mugs for my mom & me to take on a trip around that world that she won on The Price is Right. That's right ... my 81 year old mom won a trip around the world from Drew Carey!! Lots of places in the world don't do "to go" like here in America. These cups will not only be a conversation piece but should meet the need for java to go, too. They arrived quickly and are just as I expected. The little silicon band that prevents leakage came off the first time I opened the lid on one of them, but I'm hoping that is as designed for washing. I've only used one mug once so far, but all good. I will know for sure how scratch resistant, bang proof and leak proof they are after our month long trip. :)

Product My mug had 2 dents on the lid part of the mug. Can't send it back cause it was a gift. Love the personalization but little disappointed with the mug dents.

Good product Really like them from a looks perspective. Good quality that will seem to last. I have received lots of compliments. Design looks good however the photos we used were a little darker with a dark background so would recommend lighter photos. My only downside is that when you hand wash the mug water gets trapped between the outter metal part and the inner plastics liner. So, at times when you tip the cup up to drink that water escapes and spills down the front of you.

Nice gift for the coffee love The personalizing came out great. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of everything I order from this site, but this wasn't such high quality. The bottom is hard to remove and replace for cleaning.

Great gift idea. Quality travel mug. By Shopper (Augusta, ME) - January 1, 2016 Back in the summer I had ordered a stainless steel travel mug for my daughters soccer coach with a picture of the team on it so I was a little disappointed when I was Christmas shopping that there wasn't a stainless steel one available that didn't have sports teams on it anymore. I ordered this one and the mug is fine, does its job and the personalization was perfect. Shipping was fast and prices are very reasonable.

Not what I expected By Shopper (Smithville, TX) - January 1, 2016 When I pulled one of the two travel mugs out of the box, it fell apart. I figured out how to get it back together, but really, the mug is a bit flimsy. Not really as nice as I had hoped. The photo quality was great. The other coffee mugs that I have ordered are always wonderful and they make GREAT gifts.

Nice! Love the travel mug just wish I could have had the option of having a black or steel colored mug instead of a white one. White is not my favorite color for travel mugs but overall very please with how it turned out.

Very nice By Shopper (Pittston, PA) - December 14, 2015 Very nice looking. The bottom ring of the cup was not attached properly. A friend fixed it- so I didn't have to return it. Other than than it was very nicely done.

A little too dark When I ordered this, the picture/ad was a gray/stainless mug. I don't even remember an option to choose any other color. The mug was a little too dark for the picture, so the picture is dark. Now picture/ad showing is of a white mug, however white is not an option. It would be nice to have white as an option so your picture will show up better. I can imagine having a colored mug will have the same results as the gray/stainless mug. That being said, my husband loved his mug with our daughter on it.

Almost perfect By Shopper (Eustis, FL) - May 15, 2019 I'd actually give it a 3 1/2 star rating. The mug itself is great quality. The digital printing on the photo is a bit flat. It reminds me of the early days of digital printing and I think it could be better. Turn around time was good. Overall, a great company to work with.

Broke but received a replacement The pictures came out nice but the handle broke only a few weeks after use. They gladly sent a replacement and it's been good so far!

Travel Mug By Shopper (Montgomery, AL) - December 16, 2017 The photo on the mug was great but the mug had several deep scratches on one side. It was mailed in bubble wrap so don't know how the scratches happened. This was a Christmas gift and the scratches weren't noticed until they unwrapped the gift and was too late to send back.

Coffee mug The only thing that was disappointing was it was a plain white mug and there was no way to change that!! We loved the way our photo turned out and the words we put on it were ok but it wouldn't let us change the color of the mug and we thought surely it won't be just ugly white but it is! Please find a way to let customers make that change!!

 Photo travel mugLoved my cup. Pictures were great but broke by the 3 day of recieving the cup. The plastic is cheap and broke when knocked over on my desktop.

Not as appeared By Shopper (Westminster, MD) - June 23, 2016 I was really disappointed when I received this product. It was not as it appeared before I ordered it. The photos were not clear and not zoomed in to the faces like I had set them before I placed the order. I have ordered one in the past and it was perfect so I am not sure why this one looked so poorly. Really disappointed though. Wont be ordering again and would not recommend anyone else ordering this product.
