Amazing mug, but problems with shipping By Shopper (Apple Valley, CA) - October 31, 2015 The mug is totally cute and was a Halloween gift for my boss, who loved it. I paid extra to get a gift box and wrapping kit and was charged for it, but never received it in the box with the mug. I had to wrap it myself. I would definitely order the mug again, but wouldn't request the extra gift options since I was out $2.99 and never got it.

Cute idea! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the gold label doesn’t go all the way around the mug and stops rather abruptly. Otherwise darling. I would have liked to choose my own font.

Be ready By Shopper (Cullman, AL) - September 16, 2017 I ordered the black mug to go better with Halloween, but this mug is not completely wrapped in black or the brown with witch writing. It has a good bit of white wrapping closer to the handle. If you look CLOSELY at the mug in the picture, you can see where the white begins. Other than that, great mug and I still love Personalization Mall.

Now I'm not sure whether to spend even more money to mail it to them or what. Just really frustrating experience.

 Coffee MugI have ordered from you many times and have always been satisfied until now. The mug itself is ok but the phrase on the back of the mug all runs together, there are no spaces between words (very disappointed)
