Great Stocking Stuffer! This personalized mug was very easy to order, once the pictures were downloaded onto my computer. The one ding against it is that the lid does not seem to fit very tightly...but at least it doesn't leak. Thank you for helping bring a smile to my wife!

Memorial Scholarship I ordered these travel mugs as prizes for our scholarship gala. The photos were GREAT but they don't keep your coffee hot like the other mugs that I have. For beauty, I give it a 10 but for quality, I give it a 5.

Fast Delivery and easy to order By Shopper  (Cincinnati, OH) - June 18, 2021 I ordered this around 10 days before Father's day and was worry that it might not make it on time, to my surprise, it shipped the same day that I put the order and was delivered within 5 days. I shipped directly to my brother's address, so I didn't get to see the final product, but he was very happy with it and it was very please with the results. Cute This made a great Father’s Day present. I marked it 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems like a not as nice plastic for the body of the mug. Maybe I am used to Tervis or Yetti coffee travel mugs being so hard, this one is not. But then again, it was only 15.99.

Great looking mug! This mug looks great! The picture quality is great and overall my husband was very happy with the gift!! The only complaint is that I wish the inside was lined with stainless steel instead of plastic. When my husband drinks hot liquids in it there is a weird flavor because of the plastic, this is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The customizer is very user friendly and shows the positioning of each selected picture. The quality of the images is much better than I had expected for the price. This was lower priced than any other picture mug I found online. Shipping was quick and it was delivered the day before the estimate I receieved. It only holds heat for about an hour, but otherwise he loves it!

Bottom off?? The cup us beautiful BUT the bottom isn't screwed on well and just comes off. What do you recommend I do to fix so it won't just come off??

Photo Travel Mug I love the final product. The only thing that was time consuming was trying to crop the pictures. They were in the correct format but it would not let me crop them. I had to change pictures many times.

Bummed So this mug arrived & it was for my husband. We finally had kids & I got to make him a Daddy mug. One pic of r daughter had white specs right on her mouth. It looks like she has buck teeth...she’s 3 months. Otherwise he really loved it

Damaged product! By Shopper (RANDOM LAKE, WI) - December 22, 2018 I purchased 2 of these as a gift. One came with printing defects and a dented lid. Had to call and email to get a replacement. Be sure to look over your products well and plan extra time for replacements.

Not satisfied I ordered 2 travel mugs for gift, unfortunately they were both scratched up pretty bad. I would use caution when ordering.
