Cute The ornament is cute. To be given to a family member who was asked what he would like this year for Christmas, his only wish was/is a Christmas tree once again. He's in his 90's, so his wish was granted. The ornament will brighten his special day. The only drawback would be the strong odor. It's strong of wood (which is to be expected) but it also smelled as if it had been dipped in cinnamon. The two scent's together in a small velvet bag is overwhelming. Airing out before giving.

Nice quality for the price Personalization Mall completed this item and sent it quickly. It was done correctly with no spelling errors. The cost was reasonable and the person I gave it to loved it.

Wonderful look STRONG smell Bought 4 of these for the military family that moves often. They are very nice but beware the smell can be very powerful. I like the smell of wood burning but when these were first opened the smell filled the room and was very strong. I will buy again but next time I will air the ornaments out outside for several hours or days before wrapping them.

Sad The ornament is OK, not great. I will keep it, but I am a bit disappointed with the product. It is a bit lifeless; not as nice as I hoped. A little dull! Could have been a little polished. Sorry for the not so good review, but it is my honest opinion.

Very plain and pale lettering By Shopper (Lubbock, TX) - November 2, 2017 I'm not very happy with this ornament. The lettering is very pale and the whole ornament is very plain. It is not ideal for a Christmas theme. But I will still use it anyway. I like the wording on it but as it is not what I expected.

Not what I thought I thought by the price of this ornament, the quality would be better.

 Unfortunately disappointed I was very much looking forward to giving this ornament to my boyfriend for Christmas, however, I opened the package and the wood looked stained on the backside of the FL state cutout. Very sloppily done. Disappointed customer.

Not what I expected I order from this company all the time. Ordered two other photo items very pleased, but very disappointed in the quality of this item. Not what I expected! So disappointed had to buy another gift because I was not happy giving this to the person on Christmas!
