Very good quality and great customer service. I ordered 7 of these ornaments (plus 4 others in a different style). One of them happened to arrive broken. After contacting customer service, I had no problem receiving a replacement in a very timely manner--and in time for Christmas.

 The picture is deceiving A bit disappointed with the size of the actual product. In the picture it looks like it has a decent size but in reality it’s tiny smaller than my hand palm.
