cute and decent quality for the price I think this ornament was the first personalized gift given to the receipient. She loved it! The ornaments are not fancy but are sturdy and cute. The price is great and the website is easy to use. I like that you can see a preview of your chosen ornament before you buy. Overall, the item is adorable, priced well and came quickly.  Not GreatBy Shopper (CINCINNATI, OH) - December 22, 2021 I used the same font for both names. The Fluffy Duck is MUCH larger than the Mrs. Fluffy Duck is much smaller. It makes the piece look unbalanced. The quality of the piece was wonderful. The mis-matched font size makes it look unbalanced and cheap.

Not up to snuff I generally LOVE Personalization Mall and have bought a variety of items from them and been very happy, but this particular item looks like a dollar store item. It is poor quality for the price. I will not give it as a gift as I have with all of my other purchased ornaments. Very disappointed this time.
